I made an order 1 month ago. Have emailed multiple times asking about my order, no response at all. When I made the order there was no mention of a delay in getting my order and I assumed it would take maybe 1 week to get to me, as it’s only a domestic transport from Melbourne to Brisbane. Absolutely useless customer service. I still don’t know if I will ever get my order. They are happy to take my money but that’s the only thing they are good at.
No orders delivered, phone line stopped, no response to emails.
Masks order on 3rd January. Received confirmation of order and payment. Then nothing. Around 20th I realised there wasn't even shipping info, so I rang up. There's just a recorded message saying to email, then phone cuts out. Four emails, no responses. Messaged on Instagram, no response. Went to Facebook to message, and to my horror, found over 500 complaints, all similar stories to mine. Google reviews, hundreds more complaints. Productreview.com.au even more. There's possibly thousands of orders unfulfilled but money taken, and Werko refuse open their phone line or answer emails. What's worse, the website is still live, taking new orders from unsuspecting people.

Still awaiting my order from 27th December. Pathetic Lack of Customer Service! Phone has a recorded message to email, emails ignored and never acknowledged. Messenger messages from Facebook ignored. The list is endless. Patience wearing thin after 6 weeks, looks like the ACCC may be the only way to have them dispatch my order

No goods received. No refund issued. No response to 5 emails. Phone calls unanswered.
I don't mind a delay, if there is clear communication. Any professional business would make this a priority. Their website states 24-48 hour reply time, but I have been emailing for 2 weeks now for an order dated 12th January, which had a website advertised dispatch of 17th January, and to date I have no goods, and no response to call or emails. I find it odd that the business has the time to respond to Google reviews, but not to respond to customers who have outstanding orders. We have contacted the ACCC today and have asked our bank to investigate the charge. I don't understand why it is so difficult to either provide goods or provide an update.
Be wary ordering anything from this company at the moment
Looks like I have fallen in this web of deceit! I ordered 2 boxes of P2 masks on the 10th of January as instructed by my GP (as I am immunocompromised) to be able to continue working. I understand that there are delays with courier companies being overwhelmed. However, my first correspondence with this company was to find out which courier company they used as they gave me a tracking number but not a name of the company which I thought unusual at the time. I have had some correspondence with Werko Australia, but probably all lies! I have contacted their so called courier company they use Aramex and they have responded with "Our records indicate there is no proof of pickup for this consignment. Accordingly, we are unable to proceed further with this matter. Please ensure this is the correct label number and that this has been dispatched via Aramex."
To me this suggests the the goods have not been shipped and where probably not even in stock as their website suggested at the time of purchase !
To me this is fraudulent activity which I will now lodge with consumer affairs and or ACCC.

ONLY HALF OF THE MASKS ARRIVED
ONLY HALF OF THE MASKS ARRIVED. I paid for 1 box of AMD P2 mask 50 Pack ($107.80) on 7th Jan-22 and ONLY 25 masks (half of my order) arrived on 21st Jan-22. As far as I know, all AMD P2 mask are ONLY sold in 50 Pack so I am quite worried where these 25 masks came from and how they were handled. These 25 masks didn't come with AMD box packaging as shown on Werko's wesite , they've just come in a plastic bag. Tried to call Werko but they don't answer any calls, tried to email them and contact them via their website everyday, but still no response.
WHERE IS MY REMAINING 25 MASKS ???????
Bad experience
Bad experience. Would not have ordered it I had known better. Non-existent customer service. No response to all communication lines. Despite ordering non-rapid antigen products. Have had to put in consumer complaint. Now awaiting credit card charge back. Truly awful Customer service 😪.

Lower than 1 star. If it were possible, it will be lower than 1 star. Why confidently continue to sell when problems with either stock or delivery have been happening (which they would have known of course). Very poor customer service. Truly a bad experience.
DO NOT BUY HERE- taking advantage of pandemic
I ordered 25 RAT tests for work in December and it's now February and still nothing. I've emailed several times and tried the live chat and have had no response back. I have now asked for a full refund which I doubt i'll get due having received no responses thus far. Totally shameful. Feel like they're taking advantage of people trying to do the right thing in the pandemic. So upsetting
Fraudsters
Definition of fraud: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
Werko are deceiving people by "selling" masks that they make people believe they have in stock when they actually don't. To compound the deception, they follow up with a fake tracking number for a carrier that is not identified and "complete" the order that will, of course, never be delivered because they don't have the masks that they are "selling".
No phone number to call because all their numbers go to a message saying they are too busy to answer phones. No replies to emails either.
Their competitors are doing the right thing by not taking people's money and informing them that the masks are sold out/not in stock. So those doing the right thing are losing business to these rogue merchants without a conscious who are happy to exploit this pandemic for their financial gain.
I already have, but I would like to suggest everyone having been defrauded by this company also lodge a complaint with their state or territory consumer protection agency (as well as with Consumer Affairs Victoria) so that someone puts a stop to this fraudulent business who is harming not only customers but other legitimate and truthful merchants.

I wish I had seen this review of Werko BEFORE i placed my orders.
I first ordered the Nasal swab and then I thought the oral swab would be more convenient. So immediately i sent and email to ask for the cancellation of the first order. They responded with a One word email reply..."CANCELLED" which was fine, I thought, given the large number of orders.
But more than 2 weeks later I found that there was no refund.
I called, all you get is an automated response, giving reasons for two consecutive delays of deliveries.
I sent an email requesting my refund-absolutely no answer.
Another email to them and the same.. absolutely no response, more than 3 weeks now.
I will approach my credit company and also the ACCC and Consumer Affairs.
Avoid this company, if you know what is good for you.

The tracking no. provided by PPE Supplier (Werko Aust.) for my order #8585 could not found in the Aramex Couriers Company. No one is available in Chat online and impossible to make a call. I'd sent 3 messages online as instructed but not response. Two emails were sent and the same nothing happened.
Very upset & disappointed.
I'll call Credit Card to cancel my order. Hope that I'll get the refund.
They're thieves
Terrible service. They took my order. They took my money. But didn't send the order. I have tried following up with a phone call (their voicemail says they won't answer and the only way they will respond is email) and I have sent multiple emails to nothing but silence.
My next step is to call the credit card company to have them take action.

Not in my entire life have I experienced such silent contempt for a customer's attempts to establish contact. This company clearly said my mask order was IN STOCK when if fact this is highly debatable. Yet they immediately debited my credit card. Only communication was that order has been processed - nothing else, no delivery dates, no tracking number, NOTHING. 3 weeks later and still no delivery. They have stopped answering their phone and have left a stock message instructing that due to covid they cannot take calls and that customers should instead email them. The message promises that a response will be forthcoming. Guess what - all my emails also ignored. DO NOT deal with this company - you will regret it.

Like most complaints here. Ordered face masks over a month a go, received an email state order complete (from there end) no goods multiple emails made with no response multiple call attempt no message bank. This is a fraudulent business..see also many Facebook and Google complaints of the nature
If not a scam, certainly well short of honest
Experience same as most others. Ordered and paid online with a promised delivery date. No delivery, no explanation. No phone help available--only a recording instructing to email. Two emails sent, no response. Website says they are very busy and facing massive supply uncertainty. Well, that's understandable, but doesn't explain why they accept payment in advance in these circumstances. Accepting payment for a product you don't have and cannot be sure you'll be able to source is pretty close to the definition of a scam.

Werko refunded my $247.50 within a few days of replying. After not receiving a reply to my 2 emails asking about the product I ordered, I tried calling numerous times only to get an automated response. I emailed again to cancel my order (prior to the dispatch date) and finally got a generic reply. There was another email address I could reply to on this response so I emailed that too. Finally they acknowledged my cancel order (which also had another email address - to which I emailed one more time) and I received a refund a few days later. Phew! I thought I had been another victim to a scam! Thank you Werko for following through on your word.
Untrustworthy company - do not be fooled local scam
This is a shameful company that gives Australian companies a bad name . Being locally based in Victoria means nothing as they do not even answer their phones . And YET CONTINUE TO OPERATE And take money and take orders on their website . We understand the pandemic ,supply chains and staff issues but don’t continue to accept new orders if you are experiencing delays ! Fulfill what you promised, to a bare minimum take time to answer peoples queries as we were relying on your product for our own health and safety . It is irresponsible and unprofessional to not even answer queries . They write unrelated emails as standard replies . I ordered the much needed RAT test and yet they won’t deliver my order, surely you will let people know ETA if things are delayed . DO NOT TRUst this company. Werko pls do the right thing …
Scam! Please do not order from this company.
Ordered 2 boxes of P2 masks 3 weeks ago knowing that I’m running low in stock. Called, emailed and messaged the company and still unable to reach them. They put my message on seen.
I need those masks to protect myself and others as I have immuno-comprimised family members.
