Do NOT go near this company, purchased rats online on 10 Jan, with dispatched date stated on their website 17 Jan. emailed a few times including to cancellation email address stated on their website, no reply. Going to dispute it with my credit card company. Hope this company will get blacklisted from Mastercard & VISA for scamming too many customers.

I bought an item on the 1/01/2022 which said it will be dispatched on 4/01/2022. It’s now the end of business hours on 24/01/2022 and still nothing.

Under no circumstances would I suggest ordering from this company. I placed an order weeks ago for immediate dispatch- whilst I understand that businesses are stretched at present it has been weeks since the order was placed and funds taken with absolutely no sign of the order. They have disconnected their phones and will not answer any emails enquirijg about when the package will be dispatched or trying to cancel the (very large) order. Appalling business practice- avoid at all costs!

I ordered face masks from Werko that we’d previously bought through a different supplier and we’d liked. The goods that arrived was not what I ordered. I have contacted the business on a number of occasions and cannot get a response either by phone or email. I would not recommend them and will be reporting them to consumer affairs. Disappointing that businesses like this continue to exist

Placed an order for masks 5th Jan, followed up via email on 12th Jan as no dispatch advice received - got no response. Emailed 19th Jan stating I would cancel order if they didn't respond. Got a nonsensical reply that gave no information at all on whether they had stock and when my order would be sent. Have now disputed the transaction via my bank. Avoid.

Today is Thursday 20th January and the Safety Harness still hasn't arrived. I'm happy to accommodate any business that acts responsibly, however, whoever manages your business - in the words of my father - "Couldn't manage a two-doored toilet".
For your records, Order #544672775, Invoice #102810 paid on 01/01/2022. From independent online reviews of your business, I understand that this is how you treat your customers.
Consequently, I'm cancelling my payment through our bank forthwith since: Werko doesn't respond to telephone calls. Emails are inaccurate and unsigned. I still have not received an invoice for my order. I have no credible delivery date. Disgruntled Customer
Terrible everything except taking $
Terrible communication, misinformation given by several staff members, provide products which aren't what was ordered without asking the consumer. Shipping times, ETA's both misleading.
What an appalling experience
What an appalling experience. No sign of product ordered. No reply to any emails other than an auto-generated "we're too busy but will reply soon" (still waiting). Sent another email to cancel. Another auto-generated email saying we have received your request and will action shortly. Again, NO ACTION on their part or communication despite sending follow-up emails. They don't pick up the phone - just a recorded message saying how busy they are with no option to leave a message before cutting you off. To quote their website "We have ominously turned our phones off to tend to our valued customers"

Please stay AWAY from this shonky company. Just another SCAM. I paid for n95 masks. Have received no delivery info, they don't answer phone, emails or messages. Absolutely disgusting ripping people off in a pandemic!!!
The worst experience EVER
What a horrible customer experience, and by experience I mean none at all! I am onto my eighth email, 5th live chat and have lost count on how many times I’ve called in hope someone may one day pick up and voice mail and automatic hang up is off! This by far is a complaint required to fair work and ACCC! I placed an order on the 31st December, they have taken my money, still yet to receive an order shipment or even any communication besides a transaction completed note! I have even sent a cancellation email and still nothing even though their voice mail tells us to email! Anyone know any other way of contacting them, we are all struggling during this time and patience takes you so far! All I want is a response to my multiple emails, just one response! Lack of repairer to any of your communication methods is downright appalling, misleading and a scam! I would never ever purchase from them again.

UPDATE: they sent a tracking number and when I questioned why my order hadn’t moved from pending they informed me they send tracking numbers but stock is not available, definition of misleading, you can’t send a tracking notice for a shipment not yet sent! Made a purchase on 5 Jan - was advised expected dispatch date 12 Jan. Have been trying to follow-up with emails and phone calls since 13 Jan to find out when I can expect my purchase to be dispatched - no answer to calls, no answer to emails. Their website advises that full refunds will be given if orders are cancelled prior to dispatch but there is no way to cancel the order because there is no customer service.

Ordered RAT tests on 27 December. Have followed up with phone calls (goes straight to message bank) and numerous emails. No replies. No shipping order received. Website said they were in stock when I ordered them. Seems like I’ve been scammed.

One star because I cannot give them zero. These people are thieves, they do not deliver any goods. They do not answer their phones or respond to emails when you try to chase up your order. Do not have anything to do with them.
Avoid Werko even more than you avoid Covid
Like many other recent reviews, I have been badly let down by Werko.
Ordered in stock RAT kits on Dec 31st, was informed they had shipped on Jan 5th. Had a tracking number but no indication of which carrier.
Since then I've emailed 5 times with zero response. Their phones are turned off.
There is zero excuse for this appalling treatment of customers - even in these difficult times.
They have hundreds of dollars of my money and I have nothing to show for it.
Avoid them at all costs, as they are clearly not trustworthy.
Poor communication and poor management during a stressful time for all
We are yet another victim of their failure to manage stock unfortunately. Ordered in good faith as website said RAT’s were in stock and would be shipped on January 4.
They do not answer the phone or reply to emails and we have become increasingly concerned we will not receive the order or a refund. They are too busy to reply but could take time to turn reviews off on their Facebook page.

They have provided a tracking number with No Carrier / Courier name . I have sent 4 emails to Werko with no response requesting Carrier / Courier name. I have no idea where my item is or when it will be delivered. They have turned off the phones and do reply to emails.
They are unprofessional and would not order from them again.

Product received, RAT Kits, good quality, email communication came through regarding delay, will recommend Werko.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Placed an order for Rapid Antigen Tests as they had listed them as being in stock. Paid and received a notification that the items had been shipped a week later. After waiting a week for my order, I contacted Werko only to be told that they items were out of stock and my order was now considered a pre-order for another brand of product and that the items would be shipped in another 3 weeks.
Werko did not respond to phone calls or emails. They are an untrustworthy company and should be avoided (unless you enjoy bad customer service and like dealing with dishonest companies).
