Currently working with bank to reverse charge my own refund as they are ignoring my emails. They advertise stock as being available - its not, you get told its on back order AFTER you pay, they then send you an Amarex tracking link that is dead and has no information updated and it stays that way. I'm not surprised at all about the reviews on here. Shocking experinece!

Good service, good products!
Easy to use, well designed website. Great price on the masks I ordered. I ordered on Tuesday and was emailed my receipt and order confirmation immediately. I was emailed on Wednesday with a tracking number, and on Friday morning, my order arrived. Perfect. I've ordered from Werko sporadically, and every time it's been the same - great communication, fast shipping and good products.

My first order with this company was fine, however my second has not been. I have no problem with the products, it the lack of customer service that is.
Now, the issue is with Aramex as tracking only showed the package as picked up on 28th November - nothing else. It remained that way for many days. I contacted Worko twice to see if they could check on it. Absolutely zero response! That is just not good enough. They should have responded at least and tried to help. Aramex is well known to have delivery problems, maybe Worko should stop using them....as well as show some respect for their customers.

Horrible incompetent lying and unprofessional. Ill pay twice as much but never deal with these incompetent people again. Dirty products... wrong size sent... attitude and dishonest conduct. Avoid if you have any dignity.
Prompt resolution of issue
Have ordered and received products from Werko for a few years. In the recent delivery, one item was missing. After email and phone correspondence, they refunded me in 2-days time.

Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered AMD nano filter masks in mid Feb. Arrived after a couple of delays but, not unexpected due to ordering during the peak of the East outbreak. However, we have been using KN95 masks and a previous order of AMD nano filter masks. Opened the order we got from Werko and discovered they have sent what appear to be fake AMD masks. They are slightly narrower than authentic AMD masks, do not fit properly, have a short nose bridge wire preventing proper adjustment to minimise leakage and have very long over the ear loops promoting a very loose fit. The masks themselves do not have the standard AMD official water mark and authentication/compliance numbers on the mask.

absolute fraud by deception. ordered simple coffee cups that were meant to be in stock, then weeks later nil stock, then stock on just half the order, sent out shipping labels to say item sent then week later still no order arrived, rang shipping company Direct Freight Express (whose label was sent to me) only to find that No actual freight was booked to be collected from werko in the 1st place

Do not buy. This is a scam site. We paid for 50 covid test kits and were told they would ship in 2 weeks. That was in January. They will not answer emails or answer their phone. The Government needs to prosecute them for fraud.

Don’t buy from this company. List products in stock that are clearly not. Estimated delivery is a farce too. NSW fair trading have published them on their “naughty list”

Same experience as everyone else on here, ordered products, paid, didn't receive, can't speak to anyone, no response to emails. I have lodged a complainst with Fair Trading, will go to tribunal if money not refunded. they are not keeping my money ,they did not provide the goods i purchased. zero stars..

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I have never purchased from a business worse than WERKO. Zero customer service, Zero response to emails, Zero phone service (message to email only), Zero refund to multiple requests.

I ordered on the 13th Jan it’s now the 22nd March and no products. They have emailed saying it’s coming back in January. Then in early February. I’ve t contacted them by phone by email and nothing. No response apart from the general response they send to everyone. There is no company. It is a SCAM. Contact ACCC they are very interested. Contact tv shows let them know they want more people to give their stories. Do it!

took over a month even fulfil my order then marked it as shipped and the courier didnt even pick it up for two weeks then when it comes, its completely missing half of the items. This is absolutely appalling
they then shut down their contact platforms and leave consumers with no way to contact them
'Painful'experience
I ordered RATs back in mid Jan 2022. Received a couple of updates via email regarding delays. Accepted that initially, but still not having received items by end Feb 2022 I attempted to contact Werko multiple times via phone and email without success. Finally went to Fair Trading and emailed Werko again. There was much confusion between their 'departments'. I requested a refund, which they advised would be processed. Two days later I received notification that my order had been despatched. I've just received my order which was sent tracked Auspost. Werko provided me with what I ordered plus extras, all in good condition and well within date.
It's difficult to know whether there is anything dodgy going on with Werko, or if they are simply incompetent, struggling with a huge volume of orders and perhaps looking after business customers to the detriment of individuals. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm certainly put off using them ever again.
Extremely poor business practice.
After placing an order on 31 Dec 21 and emailing several times plus leaving messages on machine ,,,Nothing !! goods or response. Requested a refund after advising Werco to cancel my order I was emailed and advised that a refund would be arranged in 3 -5 business days. That email was on 15 Feb '22 from "Toba" and still NOTHING!!!! This business needs to be investigated by the authorities. NOW!!.
