The worst parcel service in the world
So, it’s 5 weeks now! My friend who sent the package has complained to parcels2go and no response. I am going to visit the Tamworth depot if this doesn’t get sorted out and constantly post on social media about this atrocious service. UPS loses/steals packages and makes no attempt to find them or to even keep the customer informed on what is happening. Totally disgraceful.
Useless service
They tried to deliver a parcel but rather than leave it in a safe place they took it away. Using the online facility I asked them to re-deliver to my home address. Nothing arrived. I then checked online only to find that they had totally ignored my request and delivered the parcel to a pick up point. I then had to go and collect it, which was really inconvenient. Useless service!

UPS lost £10,000.00 worth of goods. Apparently delivered by their driver to "Left with Customer man"?
Turns out it was an agency driver who they are unable to track down and they just ignore any claims and fail to give us any other information

I could only repeat what has already being mentioned by others here: no invoice provided by UPS, lies about failed deliveries, missing parcel, ignored emails.
Can I draw attention to a new Facebook group called 'legal action against UPS UK"? They are asking people who got conned by UPS to come forward to launch legal action against them.
Also, could you too write to the BBC Watchdog sharing your UPS horror story? The more of us contact them, the more chance that they investigate our complaints.
I am also looking into how to report them to Trading Standards. The financial loss UPS caused for me and my family is relatively small compare to other people here ( my heart goes out to the guy whose £2000 guitar "got lost") we cannot allow UPS continue doing this and get away with it?!
Untrusted services both for delivery and customer
UPS has never been able to deliver my parcels according with the date it was paid for! I've paid for express delivery from Ralph Lauren and MontBlanc, and none were delivered when supposed to! And just now I was supposed to receive a parcel from Poster Store and again 4 more days of frustration!!
Further the customer service pretend to be helpful and polite but all they are doing is lying to your face and trying to get ride of you! Worst delivery service in the world!!!

Really poor service and customer service just lies to you. A parcel delivery was attempted to my house yesterday with the driver claiming my address was incorrect. If the driver has a sat nap and a pair of eyes he can find my address. I call UPS as soon as I receive notification if this and check they have my correct address details- which they do. The agent then promises me the delivery is rescheduled for the next day. Today I check the tracking and it says it’s being held. I call customer service again and this agent says all requests for redelivery take 34hours to action. 34 hours....hardly an express service and that’s just to agree to redeliver it not even actually deliver it! The first agent lied to me about redelivery, the second agent just fobbed me about action waiting to be taken to schedule a redelivery. The first agent said drivers don’t have phones. The complaints department didn’t seem to believe my address was real because I have a house name instead of number. He said agents do have phones to be used at their discretion. I asked him if I hadn’t called up when my parcel would be re-delivered and he said it wouldn’t because they didn’t have my correct address (which they have had the whole time.) The whole thing is full of contradictions. If I was a company relying and paying for an express delivery service UPS should be the last company to choose.
Invoice 3 days after a delivery?
I took a delivery of an item that I bought for £150. The customs sheet on the top stated £150. UPS deliver the item to me and then 3 days later put a bill for £331 (for Customs charges) through my front door. I tried calling them (customer service) and was on hold for an hour and 12 minutes and no-one answered. Im absolutely appalled that they could bill me for something after the event. On their web site it clearly states that they wont deliver if there are outstanding charges and yet they did. How can this happen? I cant afford to pay that!

BEWARE OF UPS. ITEM WAS COLLECTED FROM MY HOME AND NEVER DELIVERED. AFTER A FEW WEEKS THEY CONFIRMED THE ITEM AS LOST, BUT NEVER REFUNDED. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. CALL CENTERS ALL AROUND THE WORLD, FROM THE PHILIPINES TO CENTRAL AMERICA, WITH THE MOST UNQUALIFIED STAFF I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. COLLECTION DRIVER WAS RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE. I WILL NEVER EVER LET A UPS DRIVER COME ANYWHERE NEAR MY HOME, OR GET THEIR HANDS ON MY GOODS. TOTAL SHAM COMPANY. BEWARE!!!
Useless Parcel Service
I've now been waiting for over a month for my receipt for monies paid for parcel delivery. Actually, they didn't deliver, I had to collect it my self, due to ups total incompetence. Anyway, back to the receipt.... I was told initially that I would have to wait Ten days for it. Then the local branch told me that they would email me it. So I waited, well in excess of the stated time. No receipt, invoice, or any other type of proof of payment.
Then, in a reply to a previous one star review on this site, I was told fifteen days. Over a month on, still no receipt. It seems to me that UPS have no intention of providing customers with any receipt or invoice for the money they take from customers. Unfortunately, I will just have to write this one off.
I have since purchased form the same seller that used UPS in the first instance, with the strict instruction that they DO NOT, under any circumstance, use this lot to deliver my parcel, which they have agreed to do. In fact the last one was delivered by Parcel Force, with no problems whatsoever. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Note to Trust Pilot, can you make it possible to give zero star reviews. One star is too many for this lot.

The future of my small business relies on the parcels that are on their way to me (??) since February. Seriously UPS? Lose 9... NINE BIG PARCELS??
Additionally, their customer service simply lies when you call them. I spent over an hour on the phone with them a few times and they PROMISED (!!!) that parcels are going to be delivered at the next day. Obviously didn't happen for a few days in a row, the same ridiculous procedure. At the moment few grand worth parcels are lost. Going to take this to the court for the first time in my life.

I’ve been waiting almost 3 months for my money back on 3 claims, I sent in photos of damaged items, proof of purchase, a letter and all other info it was received and signed for on 7th January and I’ve still not heard anything back. I’m owed nearly £200 and getting frustrated now

Would leave no stars if I could. We shipped a parcel to Belgium on 29th Jan 21, we are now being told in march that they have no idea where our parcel is, or how we can get it back. We have been chasing them since the start of February and are being fobbed off constantly. Still nothing and now its MARCH!!!! DO not use UPS.

Order placed with Bax-Music end of January. Delivery driver alleged attempted delivery early February at 15.55 but advised 'nobody home' (which was laughable as guess what we were as there's a pandemic and everybody apart from Domenic Cummings is at home working or staying in their 'bubble', not a very good excuse Mr Delivery driver you imbecile !) so we got no delivery. There was no missed delivery card, so logged into the UPS website to arrange re-delivery which you' d think was pretty straight forward. WRONG!! Website is updated every 4to5 days and was not very clear as to when I'd get a redelivery. Eventually got a date for redelivery but surprise surprise nothing arrived, sooooo back to the website. By now this was turning into a complete ball-ache, spoke to 3 customer service operatives who were very helpful but did nothing, eventually one sweet lady managed to ascertain that my parcel was now deemed LOST!! How does a courier company 'lose' parcels unless the drivers/staff are light fingered ??? So massive thanks to UPS and Bax-Music for doing sweet FA and left me to do all the chasing up whilst being fobbed off repeatedly with the same old insincere 'we' re very sorry etc' load of old tosh.
UPS used to be fairly decent, another company where the rot has set in like so many over the last 12 months.
I sincerely hope I never have the pleasure of using UPS again!!

After my package arrived from Poland to UK at Stanford No Hope on 08 Mar 21 it sat in the warehouse.
I’ve had all sorts of excuses for the two failed scheduled deliveries, Brexit, Customs Forms, Payment Processing, which left my bank over a week ago and is still listed on the useless tracker as requiring payment.
My experience with customer services has been a joke, they don’t read any messages either on here, through Twitter, Facebook, via email, they just post a cut and paste response that sounds sincere but they have no intention of following it up, I’ve got several emails from them saying I will receive a possible call tomorrow, they never do, and don’t bother calling, you will be on hold until you hang up.
Last night they emailed me to say the package is missing and it will take 8 days to investigate! More time wasting.
I’ve informed the police, something is going on with UPS and I won’t be surprised if they go into receivership in the near future.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Lies and disgraceful service
Supposed to receive a guitar within 24 hours. Sender contacted them twice and was told downright lies ie. you will definitely get it by 8pm.
48 hours later i have no idea where my £2100 pound guitar is. Disgraceful.
I am sure when people phone they just say the first thing that comes into their head.
