On a previous occasion they lost a UK parcel for a couple of months. As the recipient I was powerless as they said only the sender can request them to look for it. They themselves knew it was not delivered yet did nothing about it.
Now again they have messed up my parcel from Spain. It is already 6 weeks late. After charging me the (Brexit) import duties and updating the status to ‘released from customs’ they sent it back to Spain where it is now “delayed due to Brexit”!!
I cant claim my import duties back, they say the sender must claim it, but he cant claim it while the parcel is now in limbo. So, not only do I not have my parcel, I also dont have the duties I’ve paid.
Would not recommend using this service
Would never use this company and will warn anyone from even given them a try. Goods either late or lost. Extremely bad customer services (automated). They make it very difficult to get in touch via email. Once I had a reply, I was asked to wait a little longer, even though I had already been given two ‘estimated’ dates three days apart. No reply to last email and tracking still states ‘in transit’ over a week later.
Never had a problem with DPD or DPD Local even when they have been really stretched during the pandemic.
UPS really shouldn’t be allowed to take people’s money.

On tracking it stated on the 9th they attempted delivery unable to collect import charges. This is untrue I was in the front garden and watched the UPS van drive past.
I have been unable to reschedule a delivery.
Contacted UPS who say the last scan was on the 8th and the parcel is missing. I have instigated a claim see how that goes!!

On a personal note the goods is delay since 7 January 2021 from UK To BELGIUM. Since then, 2 claims have been done from my side as "a buyer" and from the "seller". The customer call center are just unprofessionnal, a robotic way to answer and simply unpolite. Even, I have paid an Express delivery and Custom fee since today I am still fighting with them...

Absaloutly diabolical service. Damaged irreplaceable goods in transit extremely poor communication to rectify their error and has committed fraudulent activity by taking funds directory from my account without my permission or autherisation and returned damaged goods back to me.
On a personal note the goods transported belonged to my grandad who recently left them in his will to me to ensure they found a good home - he looked after this furniture all his life and you couldn't even look after if for a couple of days. You've absolutely destroyed his final wishes and failed me beyond words.

After completing your address label and attaching it to your parcel, I recommend you find the highest window in your home and throw your parcel out. That way you will stand a much better chance of your parcel reaching it's destination.
So my parcel collected on 10 March 21 and was expected to arrive at it's destination by EOP on 12 March, is now showing as estimated delivery time 15 March and as I type this, there are less than 45 minutes to go, before the 15th is over(UK time). Of course, at the delivery location time, it's too late.
You would be forgiven for thinking there is still a chance of it arriving but the only problem is the parcel is still in the UK. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it won't make it...
Just a hunch...

I have no problem paying my taxes,it's what I expect when I order goods from abroad. The delivery was fast , however, unlike other couriers I've used, there is no prior notification of import duty by text , or email and therefore no opportunity to pay before delivery, they just turn up, expect cash or a cheque, which is fine if you happen to have a cheque book or,being notified in advance,the right amount of cash kicking around.
For the love of God, sort this out, it's the 21st century not the 1970's.

The worst delivery company at the moment. After 10 days waiting for a delivery with them, but surprisingly the item never gets out from the warehouse.
Just a delivery from London to another place in Uk.

Not happy with UPS
Not happy - ordered an item for delivery in Scotland which was due to arrive on the 08/03. It was shipped promptly from the Netherland by the supplier on 03/01 and arrived at UPS's Stanford Le Hope facility in Essex, UK on the same day where it was processed with the status changing to both 'In Transit' and 'Import Scan' claiming it is due to be delivered on the 10/03. It has now sat there with the same status for 10 days. It is a special 18th birthday present and I have no confidence it is going to arrive in time next week. Signed up for updates, but nothing has changed. Searching I have found lots of posts about this particular facility with people waiting for over a month for deliveries when other couriers seem to get parcels through despite Brexit, Covid etc. Not good enough in this day and age UPS!
Charged by £270 for NOTHING + RUDE AND GRUMPY CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT WILLING TO HELP
I've bought false lashes from Vietnam, the total value of what ive paid including the delivery was US $76.50.
When my parcel arrived i was required to pay a fee of around £278 and the driver refused to explain the reason of the charge, then he has spoken to someome and said it is a VAT charge.
As I'm aware the VAT charge that applies is 20% which is many times less than what I was asked to pay.
I've spoken to the company who I bought from and they explained me that it was a UPS mistake. I the invoice the Total amount was calculated wrong! It was totalled as $0.15 x 11 = $1650!
I tried to explain this to the delivery driver and the person they've spoken on the phone (from UPS), but instead of looking into it and assisting I was told that "Im giving them a headache", and that this charge is due to UK leaving EU, even though Vietnam has nothing to do with EU! And that if i wont pay that - I'll be charged a penalty and the police will be called. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and didnt care about the HUGE mistake that your company made!
Later I called to UPS to discuss this situation, the lady on the phone was also quite arrogant and seemed annoyed by my questions, but i only wanted to make sure that i wont be changed this ridiculous amount. Have sent the requested proof of purchase and haven't heard back yet! Lady ive spoken to had no manners at all and i felt very akward and upset.
This is the first time when I receive such a poor and unbelievably rude customer service from 2 persons in the same company and at the same time.

I have been chasing it constantly and UPS has not been helpful at all. A few weeks ago, I put in a claim for compensation, but that has been ignored by UPS. On Saturday last week, I asked for the parcel to be returned to me and this is the response from UPS.....

UPS is effectively stating that it doesn't have to deliver parcels that we pay it to deliver and if we want to get our parcels back it will hit us with a load of charges. I'm taking this a lot further.

I wanted to give UPS feedback on the places they use to hold parcels that they can't deliver. But I can't simply contact them by email, they require me to set up an account. I haven't got the time or inclination to do that (I don't want an account with them) so I'll leave feedback here. I collected a parcel from a Convenience Store they use, as the parcel couldn't be delivered to my shop because it was closed due to lockdown (no note through the door, either, just an email to say where to collect it). When I got to the convenience store, two days later, the parcel was tossed with a stack of others out in the shop, literally on the floor of the convenience store. Bear in mind it contained over £1K of stock! There were parcels everywhere, people jostling about buying milk, parcels being moved out the way so people could get to stuff. I couldn't believe it. Shouldn't there be more care in the places they use?

I got given a quote to ship a handbag and provided the sales team with all the dimensions of the item. I paid for the shipping and the item was shipped to its recipient. A month later I receive an invoice saying that the item weight 4kg (bearing in mind this was a handbag) and that I had given them a false weight and so needed to pay an extra £300. I’ve been trying to get through to UPS by phone and email for the last 3 months to resolve this issue. No response to my emails and when I am able to get through to them by phone they redirect me to another team who don’t answer the call.

Oh dear! Waiting for a delivery from Yoox, Italy. The package arrived at Tamworth depot last Friday, planned for delivery on Monday when I was working at a hospital. I rescheduled the delivery to Tuesday; after being confirmed I was then notified that the package was being held for a future delivery date. This was followed by another notification confirming delivery for yesterday. It didn't happen. The latest notification is that the package is being returned to sender because I have refused delivery. Who makes up these notifications? Located in another country, customer services can only provide limited assistance by requesting information from the hub, so I doubt I will receive the package, although the last time I had a similar UPS experience, the package finally arrived heavily taped due to being ripped and bashed. I presume something similar has occurred. There should an option for no stars. Update: I should have checked my property camera prior to this review. No prior notification so unexpected, a delivery driver arrived at circa 27 mins and 30 secs past 9 this morning but didn't get out of his van, then reversed the van onto the driveway and left at 29 mins and 46 secs past 9. Speechless!

Waiting for a small parcel from Italy. UPS has no record of it in their system, despite it having a UPS tracking number. Pretty poor if you ask me.

I booked my parcel for shipment, paid for the service and received a confirmation email that the parcel was going to be collected the next day. it's been more than 7 days and I am still waiting for the driver. I've called the poor poor poor customer service for help and they advised me a depot supervisor will call me back to arrange another collection date - this never happened. I will never deal with UPS ever again!

Totally hopeless. Seem to be using brexit as cover for their own inefficiences. Package posted poland 3 weeks ago. Arrived in UK (according to their tracking) today but won't be delivered for another 3 days. Spoke to a customer services rep (in guatemala - I'm in the UK) who said she'd put me through to the Tilbury depot. I have been holding for 25 mins so far..........
