Parcel should have been delivered a week ago, tracking hasn't been updated since early last week and customer service agents lied on multiple occasions. Frankly, this company shouldn't exist!

Do not use this company to deliver goods from the EU. They are posting up to a 7 day delay. My parcel is 2 months late. Delayed to a Brexit related issue. The issue is their bad planning and management. Customer service no use at all. BEWARE!

My experience of UPS over the last couple of weeks suggests they are now possibly as bad or maybe even worse than those such as Hermes!
Firstly a UK shipment with a value of around £200 disappeared off the face of the earth, and various well-worn excuses were provided in response to this.
Then a second shipment to Italy went missing and both myself and the consignee were lied to about this, being told the shipment was in Italy and would be delivered the next day!
The preposterously named UPS "customer service" department seems to be based in the Philippines and is about as much use as voting!
Rather than just sounding off on here, maybe the customers who get scammed by crooks such as UPS, need to look toward establishing a NFP (Not FIt for Purpose) web page, where those such as UPS could be properly publicised?
Any issues with this review I can provide tracking details of both of the shipments mentioned above.

I wonder what for we all wasting our time to write all this review? UPS should be long time ago under official investigation and their licence should be avoid as they looks like scammers. No service customer at any acceptable level, no service delivery at acceptable level, liars and thieves. Did any of you got your problems sorted by UPS after you place your review? I doubt it.
In 21th century with all tracking methods they can’t say where are the goods they collected from point A and never delivered to point B. They acting like lunatics but on the end of the day if someone is stilling your goods our goods we should reported them to the police as a fraud if all of us will do that something may happens, someone may start to thing: hold on, there is something wrong with this company if so many people are loosing their goods using this service. SERVICE- big word in this matter. Using this service is like placing big banner on your door: hello I’ve got some goods what UPS may still from my place officially with tracking system and I’m ready even pay them for it!!!!
There should be new law created. You loosing parcels you have to pay for it according to declaration on order placed by customer. The worst delivery company ever
The worst delivery company ever, the only one that consistently doesn't deliver just because they don't know the gate code to my flats, every other company manages it DHL Hermes DPD I've put it on my details and even seen them get to the gate and just drive off, they have my phone no. as i get texts saying they were unable to deliver....useless...avoid, i called customer service got an automated service entered the 18 digit tracking number eventually got put through to someone who then asked for my 18 digit number again. I told them the situation they apologised and put me through to an expert on deliveries who asked for my 18 digit tracking number again. at this point I gave up. The parcel was eventually delivered by a sub contractor who also said they were useless
Appalling services
Appalling services. I'm waiting for the 4th day from 8:00 till 6:00 and nothing is arriving. The tracking doesn't show the status of the parcel. I called the customer services multiple times and they keep promising to send by tomorrow. The last customer agent speaks like a robot and doesn't actually checking for the parcel status, she just keeps repeating that it could arrive anytime. Definitely avaoiding using them.
AVOID
Used UPS as a courier via EBAY. They smashed the item in transit. Sent photos from the buyer and claimed on insurance. Weeks later they asked to inspect the package - needless to say buyer hadn't retained the package and so UPS refused insurance claim. 3 weeks later they they then tried to charge me more for the delivery on the basis the overall dimensions of the package totalled 186cm vs a max of 180cm. The item was not oversize but again, 6 weeks after delivery I can't prove otherwise. Even if it had been oversize this was nearly doubling the delivery charge for being less than 4% oversize - seems extreme. Given they smashed my goods and I'm already £60 out of pocket then trying to charge me more is just adding insult to injury, Avoid UPS - the other couriers aren't great but UPS is the worst of a bad bunch

£2.700 computer lost/stolen with no reasonable explanation. Tracking number pointless and customer service are just a bunch of liars who cant give the same answer twice. Worst couriers i have ever come across and should be investigated. All these poor reviews cant be wrong. Am going to take this a lot further until i get a straight and truthful answer.

This is an appalling company. They just will not deliver the goods. Their website is atrocious, inefficient and plain false. This is the worst courier I know of on the planet.
UPS = Utter Pathetic Service
UPS is completely unreliable and untrustworthy. They don't come as they said they will, and they blame you for not being there to receive the parcel. They then leave the parcel at a store miles away so that we as customers can do their jobs for them. If we show a stance and don't pick it up, UPS will coerce with the seller to hold your parcel forever even though you have called them ten times asking it to be redelivered or returned. UPS then get all sincere and tell you that they will do what you ask for but they never do. UPS hires people to speak English with you although most of the time I have no idea what those sounds are supposed to mean. From now on if any seller uses UPS, I will not place any order with it. UPS sucks real good.

Could I give less than 1 Star unfortunately not. We have a business account with them and there customer service is appalling, in fact its worse than appalling. Staff are rude and just pass you around to other departments and what ive realised is nobody can help you they are all terrible. I waited at home all morning (as per the information on he website) for my package to be picked up but no one arrived so I had to find a pick up point to use. They then tried to deliver my package back to me and I was unable to use the website to put this right as it was not functioning. I received 4 emails each giving me different information about delivery. After replying to one of these my package reached the right destination. I then received a bill for changing the destination. I have tried to contact UPS about this using the contact information on their website but no one has bothered to reply.
STRESSFUL! Avoid UPS at all costs!
So much stress! AVOID UPS AT ALL COSTS! They have massively inflated import charges on my package.
They have had my package sat in the same depot for 9 days. I first contacted them 13 days ago and am still continually chasing for a response - nothing!
I have sent 15 emails. I have contacted them online. I have spent over an HOUR on the phone to their customer service - useless! I got told the correct department would call me back that day - I knew they would not so asked for the phone number or email for that department and the operative would not give me it. As predicted, they NEVER called back as promised!
They claim to have made three fake delivery attempts - I can prove they haven’t!
They claim the shipping cost for my package was £725, laughable! I have the original invoice which is all any other courier company would have asked for from experience, this should not be so difficult! But at UPS no one cares enough to actually deal with THEIR mistakes... they just pass you back round to same inboxes you have already emailed 4 or 5 times with NO response!
I am sick and tired of this absolutely abysmal ‘service’.
This is actual fraud at this point and I will be contacting Trading Standards.

After reading all of the bad reviews yesterday and panicking that I wouldn’t receive my parcel, I had to come and share some positivity when my package arrived today.
I totally get that people wouldn’t come on here and write a review when the service is as expected, but it just made me stressed out when I read them all, thinking my package was 100% not turning up.
I appreciate by the look of it a lot of people haven’t had as good a luck as me though. My delivery date was pushed back slightly and found the best way to get in touch with them was via Twitter (big companies hate bad publicity so often respond faster on that).
My delivery was worldwide expedited from California and although expensive, took exactly a week. I was happy with this. Tracking was ok-a bit delayed but fairly detailed.

They don't know what's happened to my package just that it hasn't been scanned for a while. Bunch or thief's. not worth one star. Do not use this service, your parcel will not be delivered. No delivery attempt was ever made, no card left, nothing. On tracking it shows up as final delivery attempt made!! It has now been sent from Dartford to the Coventry warehouse (why, as we live in Kent?), and it might be sent back again or indeed orbit earth, but one thing has never happened: it's never been delivered. Clearly lost or stolen, as it has now been a month for a delivery from Holland to Kent. We could have cycled and would have been faster. If this parcel ever gets delivered, pigs will fly. Shameful. It's also very very stressful talking to your customer service people, one of whom was very rude. I even offered to book my own courier to pick it up from the UPS warehouse!!

Trying to send a parcel but didn't get all the labels I needed to be able to send. Chat assistant doesn't answer anything. Tried to email them but I can't as need to be signed up and I don't get the verification email! Only way is to call but I can't get through. Was prepared to be patient because of the times but they literally don't answer. I now need to pay another company

after 2 months and two weeks, waiting for a scooter never arrived, 230 pounds lost, still waiting for a refund, i had to ask my lawyer to send them a warning letter, hopefully one day a will get my refund , for the loss,stay far away from this company, or whoever work with them.

I live in London. I bought something from Amazon. Got the notification that it had been despatched. UPS were the courier service that were supposed to deliver my item. On the date Amazon gave as the guaranteed delivery date it still didn't arrive. UPS said they tried to deliver it but they don't even leave a calling card! Unprofessional TOSSERS.
