UPS? More like F-UPS!

Bought a pair of headphones from Germany and was shipped over by them in great time. As soon as it hit UK shores updates disappeared and delivery was "attempted" despite a massive note gaffer taped to my door and delivery instructions left on the tracking online. dUe tO bReXit I had to pay about £40 in VAT and other charges.
Headphones were taken to a holding cell sort of hub where the unmasked idiot working there held three people indoors while he checked through their orders, pacing the shop. I opted to wait outside. After him speaking to UPS customer services for around 15 mins they said they'd call him back, I again waited outside. 30 mins later he got a call back and they couldnt see that my fees had been paid, despite evidence shown on my bank app and their email confirmations. I was asked to come back later when their system had updated to which I declined, said I was taking my headphones there and then and that they needed to sort it out between themselves.

Their only purpose on this earth is to deliver items yet they cannot do that. Every time I have something coming to me via UPS I die inside because I know I'll have to deal with inordinate amounts of chasing and pillar to posting.
Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

No stars - rubbish company

What is even more frustrating about UPS is when these reviews are posted one gets a reply asking to email them. This gives false hope. Because you email them and they will reply with an automated reply - then you never hear from them again. What a terrible company. Why do they hold on to something for no reason - making no attempt to deliver - nor saying where it is held. Or why?

Australian fires sending with any other company

Worst delivery company I have ever come across I would say even are worse than Hermes
The systems they have in place to make an absolute nightmare for a customer when they keep losing a parcel is diabolical

In all it’s been just over one month since the item was sent they lost it twice and for over 10 days had no clue even which country it was in let alone which depot

I was pleading with them just to return the parcel back to me but they refused to return any parcel until it attempted delivery which on their basis could be any time they feel like it

People on the phone although very polite courteous had their hands tied because had to just keep repeating like a robot that there is nothing that can be done and the only thing that they could do is attempted delivery then they can asked to have it returned

Just never ever had anything like it before my life and they continuously kept saying he’d call back and I never got a call back it’s now one month from when I sent the parcel and it’s supposedly being delivered today I have no idea it’s in one piece or if it was brave and will be delivered

I honestly would use any other company then UPS

Send your parcel by horse and it will be more efficient than UPS

I give one starts because I can not give 0 or minus 5, is shocking how this company works: promise things they do not deliver, quickly to get your money but not to solve anything, customer service that gives you different answers to shut you up but that are not actually true, literally they just wave you off without given solutions, do nor reply to emails and even hang up the phone while you are waiting. Awful service and even worse customer service, literally they do not care at all about their customers and the bad reviews they have everywhere.

As many others have said do not use this company!
I have been waiting since the 23/1/21 for my package from Spain! Disgusting service! No one in UPS provides customer service! It's appalling and I have worked in the industry myself!! Total shambles of a company!!!

UPS 'surcharge' £193.83 for a parcel weighing 180KG ! (can anyone lift 180KG?)

I sent a parcel (worth £50) via UPS. Parcel2Go sent me a 'surcharge' based on the parcel being 180Kg and far larger than the actual size.

Although I explained it was physically impossible for anyone to lift a parcel weighing 180Kg and almost 2 metres long they asked for evidence in the form of a photo of my item on scales to show the true weight.

This is clearly an unreasonable request (perhaps designed to make claims impossible?) so I had to pay £193.83 surcharge on top of the original delivery cost.

Clearly I will never use Parcel2Go again nor recommend them. Contacting them proved fruitless as I was only directed to the online surcharge form.

I will never use Parcel2go again.

Apple watch ..initially scheduled 30/3…still waiting No updates received

Apple watch ..initially scheduled 30/3 ...receive a text ..arriving now 31/3 ...between 9.15am and 12.15 ..Ok thats fine I'll wait in ...
Except it doesn't arrive .
And still hasn't arrived on April 2nd .

I Go online and track it ?...Its on its way , but actually hasn't moved from where it was ( in the UK ) on 30/3 .

So I ring and speak with the options menu , I give them the racking number and they tell me ...Its on its way ..despatched ..has been for 4 days ...

Where do we go from here? ,
impossible to speak with a human and actually ask if and when it might arrive

UPS truly is a very poor customer service , deliberately evasive your route to enquiring is quickly blocked and no more options can be found ..Shockingly Bad ...

Surely Apple can do better than patronise such a bad company , it has to damage their own reputation .

UPS are total liars

UPS are total liars, Fixation sent my expensive camera back on Wednesday 31st March by 24hr Express delivery. I got an email from UPS stating my camera was to be delivered on 1st April by end of day. I checked the tracking and it said my camera left Stanstead at 2200 Wednesday evening, the camera never arrived. Early hours of Friday morning I got another email from UPS this time saying my camera delivery had been re-scheduled for delivery on the 6th April, I checked the tracking and it was completely different. This time there was no mention of Stanstead instead it said my camera was in Castle Donnington. I now have to wait until next Tuesday for my camera when it should have been yesterday plus they have changed the delivery from 24hr Express to Worldwide Saver. They are not to be trusted at any point DO NOT USE if you value your shipment, total liars.

I complained to customers services…

I complained to customers services about about a delayed shipment of 3 rolls of fabric that I sent to our factory in China.
This package took over a month to arrive and due to this we missed the manufacturing slot at our factory that we had booked. Therefore this has cost us £1000’s of pounds in lost revenue missing the sales window completely.
I contacted UPS several times to chase the delivery and was told that I would be called back or emailed, neither of these things happened. This shipment was considerably expensive (£600+) and I chose UPS to ensure that they arrived safely and on time. I could have sea freighted the fabric for much less cost in the same time! All correspondence seemed to say that it was not UPS’s problem which was very unsettling the rolls were worth many thousands of pounds. I also don’t understand how they turned up in Shanghai which is over 1000 KM from Dalian for over a month and not moving? And no one seemed to care!
I am extremely disappointed with the service received and unhappy to pay the full bill of this carriage but UPS thought otherwise.
I will use other carriage companies in the future as UPS cannot be relied upon.
The level of customer service in regard to this shipment has been appalling, usually I have always been extremely happy with UPS’s service and have recommended UPS to others frequently. I feel my complaints have fallen on deaf ears.
We plan to be sending fabric air freight on a more regular basis as we have high demand for products made from British fabrics, as this situation cannot be resolved satisfactorily I will not be using UPS in future.

Amazing traveling back in time

Ordered canon printer from Uk store ships from the Netherlands.
4.52 am advised it was on route to Stanford le hope
would deliver on Tues 6th April.
I live near there thought I will get the bus and get it.
low and behold it arrived at 11.55 am in a canon box with no outer packaging in perfect condition.
told the driver to take it back as it was 5 days early

Non delivery …

Ordered twice from the same retailer for delivery. Each time an delivery was "attempted" and returned to sender. I work at home and have a ring door bell and outside security camera that shows no such delivery was attempted either time and not even a sign of a van or delivery driver. They just say contact the retailer when they are the ones that aren't delivering

STOP THROWING PARCELS AROUND!

Parcel arrived smashed, it’s a 30KG parcel so well done to the driver/s which I’m guessing is a cross between a human and the incredible Hulk. Cherry on the top, after paying taxes for international shipping, the driver had the guts to tell me that I haven’t paid the taxes. Awful service, never using it again!

Longest amount of drawn out incompetence I have experienced in a long time

Sent an item to the value of £31 via ups on the 18/1/21. Fully tracked and insured.

The tracking advised me 10 days later the item was “lost”.

I raised a query and received no reply.

I waited on hold for 40 minutes to be told my parcel was not lost and would be returned to me as they couldn’t find the address.

Early February 2021 I was told it was in fact lost and to raise a claim.

22/2/21 I raised a claim and that was processed. UPS reviewed the case and decided I was due my money back. Fair enough - things happen. Parcels get lost and that’s what insurance is for...

The claim updated to “claim paid” in mid March. I have not received my money back. I contacted UPS 30/3/21 to ask them why the claim hadn’t been paid despite me providing my bank details and complying with all information. I received a response to say that I needed to contact the shipper to find out what was happening. I am the shipper UPS! I again explained the same information I had explained some 8 hours earlier to be told that although my claim was showing as paid that they needed more time to “finalise my payment”. So far it has taken UPS 37 days to bank transfer me £31 back that they have agreed I am owed. It should not be this painful a process. Sort it out and refund my money. I will never use your services ever again.

Is a wery bad company. Maybe police check it. I understand 1% parcel lost or damage for 1M. But not a 50% thys is a criminal.

Shocking, app always incorrect delivery dates, drivers don’t leave anything wrote on cards, drop points can’t help, really poor service,

Avoid at all cost

Small cheap Item sent from Spain begining of February and still waiting for it 8 weeks later. 10 failed delivery dates and can't get past useless automated customer services. In comparison recently ordered a large item from France with DHL and delivered in 5 days. Would never use UPS again, worst than useless.

Terrible service and customer support.

Our parcels have been stuck in a warehouse for over a month and no help what so ever from the agents or brokerage with them continually saying it is just it's a backlog and we can not tell you when it will be released or delivered. This is no help to a small business relying on products from our warehouse.

Bad service when parcel lost.

If using UPS. Then just hope the parcel get to your destination. Because if that don`t happen you are lost. Still waiting for my parcel, last tracking is 24/1-2021.
And have already done one claim, but have not heard anything.
