I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with UGG. I bought a pair of shoes from their official UK online store only two days before wearing them, and the side clip broke the very first time I used them. I contacted customer service immediately, sent multiple emails, and attached photos, but I still haven’t received a single response.
It’s very frustrating that a brand known for quality would ignore customers and leave a defective product unresolved. At this point, I can’t wear the shoes at all, and the lack of communication has made the situation even worse.
I expected much better service from UGG. Very unhappy with this experience.
Don't buy from UGG!!
Bought a pair of slippers on Black Friday. Out for delivery on Tuesday, then I get an email to say that my return has been accepted & they're on the way back to the warehouse?! They never attempted delivery. They're now out of stock online - which leads me to think they never had them in stock in the first place. Now "Maria" an AI chatbot says someone will email in a few days. Absolutely non-existent customer service.

What can I say about BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.
Buying from them is simple, returning or speaking to someone in customer services is a challenge that NOONE can achieve.
We have just spend 30 minutes being fobbed off by a sub standard AI chat system called Maria which quite frankly isn't fit for purpose.
After numerous attempts it just kicks you out and says we will pass onto a customer services advisor who will be in contact within 2-3 days - So So Poor.
We love their products but will NEVER EVER buy direct from them again, surely in this day and age they can afford to put a person on the phone to speak to the UK instead of using a metal mickey AI that has about 3 responses.
P155 poor service for a product they charge you a fortune for..................Sort your systems and customer services out or one by one you will lose your customer base as there are other good boots and slippers out there 😡

Totally useless company, you have been warned, customer service is non existent , cant speak to anyone just a chatbot, 2 weeks later and still not delivered the goods, company should shut down!!!!!
WOW how bad can it get
WOW how bad can it get, no customer service solution. A chat bot tells you someone will be in touch. DPD wont help as its an UGG issue, then you are in a constant loop of hell unable to progress now waiting on UGG and DPD to work it out while i wait for someone to tell me when I can expect my parcel.
DONT buy online from UGG go to a shop or a trusted online reseller

Ordered a black pair of tasman slippers in size 7. They were delivered the following day which was fantastic. Courier didn't wait for me to open door though as was going to neighbours until I stopped me 🙄 The actual slippers come up really small but I'm hoping they losen in time

Severely disappointed with the service provided by UGG.
My order EU13153233 has not been delivered. The DPD tracking number 1550 3663 680 430 clearly shows that the parcel is missing.
What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication from UGG. No replies to my enquiries, no updates, and absolutely no alternative contact number or support channel to resolve the issue.
This level of customer service is unacceptable for a company operating at this scale.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend UGG and will reconsider future purchases.
Disgusting customer service
Placed an order for £230 pair of uggs for Xmas present (in plenty of time for delivery), and selected it to be delivered to DPD pick up point as I would be in work.
Parcel stated it would be delivered on the Saturday (according to DPD tracking), it never arrived at collection point and on Monday was back at the depot. On Tuesday it was being returned to ugg with no contact regarding delivery and tracking showing it never even left the depot!
I contact the chatbot Maria, who said it was being returned due to an error with delivery and that I'd have to place another order (if in stock....WHICH ITS NOT) and wait up to 15 days from when they receive the return for a refund.
Do they honestly think a month before Xmas i have another £230 to spend to potentially not receive the order again?? Also as now not in stock I've been completed screwed over for my partners Xmas present.
Never used ugg before, and never will again. The amount they charge they should have better customer service.
Also chat both closes the chat once they decide they have answered your question and yiu are unable to ask anything further!

Do not buy from this company. Bought a pair of the ultra minis which fell apart within 3 weeks and after only wearing them a handful of times. Company advisor Patricia told me that this was my fault due to wear (have maybe worn them 6 times?!) and they have refused a refund or exchange despite very much being in their ‘2 year warranty’ which absolutely doesn’t exist. Listen to this review and others - do not buy from this company!
Denied a Refund for Damaged Shoes
I returned shoes which arrived damaged. Per the return form, there was an option to return damaged items. Susan from Customer Services has emailed to confirm that the damaged shoes have been received at the warehouse. I sent back what I had received, which was indeed damaged shoes. However, the warehouse team are apparently saying that the shoes could not have been sent in that condition, and therefore my return has been denied.

I feel I just had to leave a review for my experience of buying from Ugg UK.
I have read some bad reviews for the company. I have to say I can’t fault them in any way. I have just purchased two pairs of slippers. I had to return the first order because I needed a bigger size. The parcel was easy to return, a free return label was included. The parcel was back in their warehouse the next morning.
As for their Customer Service, I can’t fault them whatsoever. I spoke to a lovely lady, Leona. She dealt with my query efficiently, and was really helpful in getting my order sorted out, ready for the exchange. I was notified at every stage of the whole journey from despatch to when I would receive my order. She was friendly, helpful and has a great attitude. A fantastic customer service agent. She is a great asset to Ugg UK.
So my experience could not of been better. I have bought a fair few sheepskin slippers over the years. In my honest opinion you can’t beat Uggs for quality and design and value. They are the only slippers I will buy now. They wear really well, and I haven’t had to replace them for a few years. I highly recommend the Company and the Service I experienced was fantastic. I’m a very happy customer! And I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

I ordered the slippers contained in this order only five months ago on 6th June 2025 as a gift for my husband.
With a purchase price of £90 I considered them expensive but worth it as they were Uggs.
These slippers have had normal use with my husband wearing them in the house when at home.
However these slippers have worn extremely badly and have developed holes below the heel and are wearing through in other places also.
I do not consider these slippers to be of merchantable quality or fit for purpose and they certainly do not live up to Ugg’s reputation for quality. The slippers are also in contravention of your two-year warranty for manufacturing or craftsmanship defects as the materials used are unable to withstand moderate use.
I wanted to a replacement pair of slippers or, alternatively, a. full refund of the purchase price.
However, I was unable to contact Ugg's customer,
servive as they only offer a conversation with an AI bot - hopeless!
I will not purchase from Ugg in the future.

Absolutely awful service ordered next day delivery at extra cost gets delivered 4 days later no customer service number only ai chat which was worse than useless.
Never received my order – very disappointed
I never received my UGG parcel even though DPD marked it as “delivered.” I contacted customer service several times and sent all the proof, but they refused to send a replacement or give a refund.
They said the parcel was left at my “front porch,” but I never set that as a safe place. I’m very disappointed because I expected better support from such a big brand.
I hope UGG improves how they handle missing deliveries — this was very frustrating.
Would not use again and would not recommend.
Order two pairs of shoes which did not arrive. Parcel finally came but this was not what I ordered and the paperwork was for someone else. Contacted UGG but did not receive a reply and had to keep chasing. Finally received my order but it was very late. Tried on and decided to return and now have issues with getting return registered. This was my first order from UGG and has put me off ordering again. I would not recommend.
