This company is discussing using real sheepskin to make this disgraceful shoes. Millions of sheep are dying because of these shoes. I mean how would you like it to be killed then to have your own skin taken off your dead body. Those sheep have done nothing to us humans so why kill them for shoes.

Much like many other customers, my parcel was not delivered, the photo was of another house on the street, but the parcel was not even in the photo. It was signed for by 'HUBBY' I am a widow. No acknowledgment or reply from UGG or DPD to date

My order was delivered on 16/12/25 and it was placed in my blue bin. I was not aware of this until a week later and my bin was emptied and the order was no longer there. I have contacted customer services 4 times not and can’t get to speak to an actual human. This is a ridiculous service and should look to sort this out. I am missing a Christmas present for my mum and now also over £100 down with no contact. Shocking customer service

The sole disintegrated on my previous pair -obviously a material fault going by other reviews. Chanced another pair - bought what is apparently a UK size 10 (I usually where size 9 shoe/boot/trainer) THESE SLIPPERS ARE TIGHT, my toes are touching the end of the slippers and my feet are squashed width wise.
For this kind of money, UGG should be getting their product right.
Bought from Am&zon in October 2025 for Christmas present - webpage states return window closed. Absolutely ridiculous.
I will never buy UGG products again.

I can’t believe Ugg have such a terrible Customer Service offering. The only way to contact Customer Services via a chatbot on their website which is very un-user friendly. When I left the window to retrieve my order number from the email, the chatbot had closed down and returned to the home screen on the Ugg website, this happened numerous times and was very frustrating. The chat but then closes the chat without you being able to explain what has happened, saying my messages has been logged, even though I hadn’t actually said what had happened? I can’t find any telephone number or email address for UK customers to contact on their website or via Google, so I think the chatbot is the only option which is painful to say the least!
If your order arrives and there is no issue, you should be ok. However, if there are any issues with your order or the delivery, trying to contact anyone from Ugg is impossible. Charging the prices that they do for their shoes, you would think they are a premium retailer and would provide a better customer service experience for their customers who are spending large amounts of money on their products.
I wouldn’t recommend using the Ugg website to place an order, if you were looking to purchase a pair of Ugg shoes, do so via a third-party retailer such as Schuh, Office, John Lewis etc. as I’m sure they have better Customer Service systems in place. It can’t get any worse than the Ugg experience!

I have placed an order for Christmas, the order states delivered but I haven’t received, viewed a picture of the stated delivery which doesn’t match my house or any of my neighbours.
My main complaint is that there is no contact number, the online chat doesn’t give the option to communicate either a human and states due to demand no timescale for response. However the money has been taken and I’m left without the goods, not the level of service I’d have hoped for

Order UO39277 Despite trying to contact several times to get an update no one answered my emails. I placed the order on the 31st October and then I got a response last week saying the order had been sent back to sender and I will be refunded. Still yet to see the refund… I also paid an extra £30 to cover postage insurance . I’m not one to write bad reviews as you always read bad reviews more than good positive ones. Ive never received such bad service in all my time ordering online. I hope I get my refund soon.

I have been buying UGG boots for over 10 years, both for myself and for my child. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very disappointing.

I purchased a pair of UGG boots for my 4 year old daughter. She has worn UGG boots every winter since she started walking, sometimes one or two pairs per season, and we have never experienced this kind of issue before.

After extremely limited use, essentially one normal day out (public transport, theatre visit, light rain) the boots showed significant fraying at the front and looked heavily worn, as if they had been used for years. This level of deterioration is not what I would expect from children’s winter boots at this price point.

The retailer reviewed the case and stated this was normal wear, offering only a partial goodwill refund. While the process was polite, the boots are now not in a condition to be worn again.

Based on many years of experience with the brand, this represents a clear decline in durability and overall quality. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider purchasing UGG products in the future.

Most stupid online store I used since the 90's. First they fail to authorize an HSBC credit card, then paypal fails, then they send me to a captcha-puzzle and decide I am a bot.
And of course you cannot contact them and their welcome email has a do-not-reply. They are definately not intersted in any customers it seems.

Purchased some gloves as a Xmas gift was allegedly delivered by DPD I do not recognise the image of where the parcel was left I spoke to DPD who confirmed that the tracker shows the delivery driver had not been to my street I am unable to contact Ugg at all about this as no contact details I have rang DPD again today but the recorded message has identified my number and isn’t putting me through to anyone it just keeps saying my parcel has been delivered which it has not over £100 down a week before Xmas and no gift Ugg actually has no customer service to contact I now need to contact my bank to see what I can do about recalling the payment nothing but a headache DO NOT BUY

Bought a pair of Uggs slippers for my wife’s birthday and she was over the moon, worn them 3 times and they started disintegrating on the front and inside

Reported the issue to Uggs and their response was pathetic, put it down to wear and tear, what a joke so had them less than 6 weeks and thought their warranty would cover

Waiting for a further response from them , but avoid this product in my opinion and their warranty it a joke

Avoid this company. Tried to report a package was not delivered. They only allow you to enter 100 character chats. They don’t investigate complaints! Order number EU13927878.

I wouldn't bother, you are better buying them from somewhere else. Customer service is inexistent, the chat bot just fobs you off to an agent that never actually emails you!

Horrible experience and still don't have my money back a return I did weeks ago

Same issue as others reporting here. Ordered on 27th November, received confirmation it had arrived in the uk on 3rd December but nothing since. The useless app reports it still in transit. My emails are being ignored and to add insult to injury I received an email today asking me to review the product. I only wish I could!

I have contacted Ugg 3 times as my delivery was never received, can only do it via chat and have not received any reply even though it says someone will look into it for me and contact me within 3 days, which was almost a week ago. Shocking customer service, they take your money and then make it impossible to contact them if you have a problem. Will never order from them again!

I ordered a pair of Ugg XXV Adirondack Boots in Plaster DPD delivery was super quick in 48 hours. The quality of the Ugg Boots were superb (;had a change of mind re colour ) decided to order the Chestnut instead. Ugg return re order had no problems kept informed re refund . I am absolutely delighted with new Boots have been an Ugg wearer for Years honestly can’t fault there products.

Placed an order on the 3rd of December. Didn't hear anything but because of Black Friday I wasn't worried.

Checked on the 6th of Dec and the tracking says it was out on the 4th and returned on the 5th of Dec on the Ugg site. When I checked the DPD tracking it says collections on 9th of Dec.

After various emails unanswered and unhelpful chat bots they are being returned and wasn't ever attempted to be delivered.

I now have to wait 15 days for the refund and now won't honour the deal I purchased.

Absolute joke of a company, will never buy again.

Would give no stars if possible. Was lured into 10% discount offer for giving all my details for their marketing, but at checkout there is no box for a discount. Had about 6 “Chats” with a bot which just said someone in touch 2/3 working days. Surely it is illegal to not honour a discount? No pickup options in nearest store (in one of biggest retail outlets in UK!) and incredibly long delivery times. So annoyed.

Worst company ever for delivery, useless response time for emails and in fact turned a nightmare situation to the fact after agreed with dpd the agent from Uggs
rearrange the delivery date without confirming with me and then didn’t even provide to pay extra for Saturday delivery will never be shopping again with these lot even tho I enjoy the brand it seems the big companies have idiots working for them or low paid careless agents

Ordered the wrong size. Returned next day. They didn't have the correct size, refunded within a few days. Re ordered and they were delivered within a few days. Brilliant service 👏
