Terrible customer service

I ordered pair of Uggs online and received them no problem. However I needed a different size, so arranged an exchange and sent them back. DPD have had the new parcel for 14 days now and they’re not moving. Ugg are completely useless, there’s no customer service whatsoever. I had one email from Billy who said they’d spoken to DPD (a lie) and they were on the way (also a lie). They’ve ignored me since. It’s now been 20 days since I placed my initial order, Ugg still owe me £104 so I’ve resorted to a chargeback with my bank

Dreadful experience so far! Similar to a few others, ordered UGG platform minis on 1/10 for my daughter’s birthday and opted for delivery to the local PO as I am at work midweek. I received an email noting failed delivery which was odd as DPD drop off at POs daily. I selected 10/10 instead and to date, no delivery and showing as held at depot for the past 4 days. I looked for a customer help number but only a chat bot available ( Maria) who cannot verify either way so now waiting on a reply, whilst I have paid out £100+ and my daughter’s birthday has been and gone!
I will provide an update to my review once I hear back from them however first impressions are not good and very disappointing!

Fabulous service with quality product

I ordered my sunray tazz at a discounted price which was a fantastic bonus. The comfort and quality would justify paying full price because they are amazing. The ordering process far exceeded expectations. Ordered one day, parcel delivered next day and they went straight on my feet. Can you tell that I am a very satisfied customer? 😁

PLEASE HELP

I placed this above order, the Uggs were delivered and I immediately noticed there were 2 stains on the left foot. This faulty pair should have been checked before shipping.
I requested an exchange on your website and sent them back

In the meantime I emailed customer service to complain and had a response back from Carly who apologised and suggested I order again and she would make sure the order I sent back would get refunded as I was very eager to have the Uggs. She also offered me 20% discount.

So I ordered again

I added another pair of Uggs to the order for my sons birthday as well as the same pair I had sent back

This is where it went terribly wrong

I got an email confirmation to say my Uggs were being shipped and delivery was going to be next day Saturday 4th October. Great.

Meanwhile I still had not received notification of a refund for the 1st order, so I emailed Carly but Shanique responded firstly to say the first order had already been exchanged and shipped and then she emailed again to say that she has requested the first order to be returned to the warehouse and assured me that my new order would still be shipped.

I then get 2 emails to let me know BOTH my orders are being returned back to the warehouse.

I have yet to hear from anyone in customer service about this even though I have emailed numerous times.

The service is appalling and I am so upset, and my son won’t have the Uggs in time for his birthday today.

All I want is my order

Please help

My order EU12777564 should get re sent and shipped ASAP and a big percentage of the order should be refunded back to me for the trouble and inconvenience this has caused me.

I feel like Shanique didn’t really know what she was doing and sounded very inexperienced plus she hasn’t even responded to my email.

Credit where credit is due

I had previously left 1 star however customer services stepped up to the plate and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Replacement boots arriving tomorrow

Awful delivery & customer service.

The delivery of my uggs was very poor. Despite being in (i was recovering at home after abdominal surgery) a slip was put through my letterbox saying they were at a collection point meaning I had to struggle to walk to get them. When i complained i was eventually given a discount for future purchases
Not realising it only lasted a week i tried to use it this week to purchase 2 PAIRS as xmas gifts. I asked "customer service' to extend it & got a brief standard REFUSAL reply.
No more UGG purchases from me!

Horrendous service!!!

I had a 10% discount that was taken off at the end but when payment was made it glitched. When I went back to tue basket my item was still in there and I presumed the discount was still applied but it wasn’t and I checked out with no discount. I asked customer services if they could apply it and they said no and nothing they could do. So disappointed with them!

Extremely Disappointed – Order Not Received, No Resolution

I ordered directly from UGG and never received my parcel. Despite contacting customer service and providing clear evidence that I did not receive the item, I was met with a generic response and denied a refund or replacement.

UGG claims the parcel was delivered to a neighbour—someone I do not know, did not authorise, and who is unidentifiable in the photo they provided. Their customer service refused to take responsibility and closed the case without resolving the issue.

I’m now having to escalate this through my bank and consumer protection channels. For a premium brand, this is an incredibly poor customer experience. I won’t be ordering from UGG again.

Small claims court

Have been dealing with Kristina, due to her misleading and misrepresenting my autistic son. When requested to stop - she continued. The authentic UGG shoe care (used sparingly has ruined what were a relatively new pair of UGGS). She denied this being the case (despite screenshots of other customers citing as such). Time wasting also appears to be their MO, to aid the fact that your guarantee has run out (1yr preferred supplier). Small claims for these cowboys now awaits - including discrimination clearly observed. AVOID - do not buy anything from them whatsoever

Purchased my Ugg Goldenstar sandals in…

Purchased my Ugg Goldenstar sandals in April 2025 for £110. Initially I was very pleased, comfortable and no rubbing due to soft materials. However, they simply do not wear well. The upper sole fabric wore out really quickly. Holes appeared under toes and a huge split at the side of the shoe that made my feet sore if worn for long periods of time. Previous summer sandals worn with similar use have lasted for 2 summer seasons. Simply not worth the price and according to Ugg not covered by the guarantee. Very disappointing

The website experience is dreadful. Can’t order anything from there. No error messages, no details on what to do. Contacted customer service and nothing. For a “luxury” brand their customer experience is awful.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!

Well I’ll start buy saying I’d give 0 stars if I could. So I ordered a pair of Ugg slingbacks and was looking forward to receiving. On the day of delivery I was out and whilst out received a email saying order had been delivered. When I arrived home the parcel was no where to be seen. Proof of delivery shows just a picture of the opposite door to mine , no door open or anyone holding my parcel just a picture of a door. I contacted Ugg back and forth to no avail. Clearly they don’t have a brain cell between them as all they can say is “GPS shows as delivered so nothing we can do”! Well obviously GPS will show as delivered as I live in flats and the picture of the delivery adresss the driver taken a picture of is literally a metre apart so GPS location will be right! Never the less the parcel is no where to be seen. My parcel was left outside my door whilst I was out and clearly been stolen yet Ugg will do nothing and I’m £125 down and a pair of shoes down. Avoid this company at all cost because if something goes wrong you will get zero help!!! Fuming is an understatement !!!!

Olive leather trainers

I ordered a pair of white Olive leather trainers which arrived very quickly, upon opening them I immediately noticed the laces which were an odd cream colour and very poor quality which made the trainers look very cheap, they were not white like the ones on the website images, when I emailed to complain they said, “I’m afraid we cannot guarantee that the laces on an order received will match the website photos and even if an exchange was to take place we still cannot guarantee you would receive white laces in the women's Olive leather trainers. Unfortunately we do not have spare laces to send out to you either”.
I went back onto the website and can’t seem to find anything to say that the laces might not match the website photos, also, I can’t believe a huge company like UGG don’t have a pair of laces to send! Or even offer some sort of goodwill discount. I decided to keep them as I really like them and bought at my own expense some decent white laces, which made a difference to the look of the trainers.

Dear UGG Customer disappointed

Dear UGG Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with one of your products and the customer service I received.

I purchased a pair of UGG Dan high-heeled boots for £160. The size was perfect and initially seemed comfortable. However, after only 3 hours of wearing them outside, the shoes caused a severe injury to the back of my foot. The inner back part of the shoe, especially the white lining material, is extremely hard and rigid. Due to the weight of the shoes, the back moves slightly up and down while walking, which resulted in the hard material constantly rubbing against my heel. As a result, my foot developed a painful blister that took over 10 days to heal, and I couldn’t wear any other shoes during that time due to the pain.

I wore thick socks with the boots, yet it didn’t help. I believe this injury was caused by a design flaw or the poor choice of material used in the back of the shoe. This is not what I expected from UGG, especially at such a high price point. I have owned over 10 pairs of UGG boots before and never experienced anything like this. Sadly, this experience has completely shattered my trust in your brand.

I contacted your customer service team, explained everything in detail, and even shared photos of the injury. After keeping me waiting for more than two weeks, I was told that the problem was not with the product and therefore no exchange or resolution would be offered. This response is both unacceptable and extremely disappointing. I simply asked for an exchange and offered to return the shoes for inspection. Instead, I was met with a very unhelpful and dismissive response from your representative, Holly, who handled the situation poorly and without empathy.

It is frustrating to see that customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority. Especially in today’s economic climate, £160 is not an amount anyone would want to throw away. I feel deeply let down, and I will not accept this outcome. I will continue to pursue my right as a consumer and report this issue to all relevant consumer protection platforms.

All I wanted was a fair resolution—either an exchange or a proper inspection of the product. I hope you will reconsider your position and handle this issue in a more professional and respectful manner.

I look forward to your urgent response.

Poor customer service

Initially I was very impressed with the quick delivery time to the UK.
However I returned the first pair as they were too small and because they were a Christmas gift I made a seperate order for another pair in the correct size.
Despite the fact that my return was approved, I followed the directions re packing, addressing and including relevent information and my son posted the parcel in Sydney I have not received my refund.
I know the return was received by Uggs on 7th February. I have now sent 5 e-mails detailing my situation but have not received a reply.

Avoid! Zero stars is more appropriate!

1 star review is too good.
I returned an unused, original boxed, with receipt, pair of slippers due to them being the wrong size. I waited 5 weeks for the item to arrive in the first place. Despite several emails asking for an update, it took several days to get a response on email. Tracked the return which was delivered inside 5 days. And four weeks later, still no refund. Despite several emails asking for an update, I have had no response. Nothing! I am owed 100 British pounds. I'd say it's disgusting customer service. But it's actually non existent customer service. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
