Were do I start. Instructions like something from mission impossible with the small print. By the time you reply to the delivery driver he is in another town. Have to charge every two weeks.

works as a doorbell but as a camara FORGET IT .
only records when you tell it to does not record when movement detected. The app is useless and instructions are just as bad TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
AVOID .

Received video doorbell today, spent 2hrs trying to pair and watched YouTube video on how to connect . Still didn’t work not to mention I received a used product. Batteries were loose in box. Requesting a full refund! Hoping to hear from them soon.

Vid doorbell worked for 1 week then went dead, batt. 100% wifi 80% everything checked, my emails ate not answered , even though Tuya raised a ticket 146204,

Smart 2.0 lamp review after two months.
What a horrible product, I don't know where to start...
1, You can't mute the voice, so at 4:20am it screams at you that the Bluetooth has disconnected, only to scream at you seconds later that it's reconnected.
2, It turns of and off randomly.
3, The Remote disconnects, and won't reconnect even if you follow the instructions.
4, Their AI gives vague info on trouble shooting.
5, No humans seem to work there.
6, On off button doesn't work.
7, Reset button only resets the wifi connection.
8, Via the app, you can't turn off the very bright clock, but you could via the remote that no longer works.
9, The light and white nose randomly turns on at full volume at 5am
10, Zero help on how to fix any of these issue as after sales is not supported, and you have to contact the seller.

I have tried everything with this device tuya video door bell and it will still not pick up any movement with the motion sensor, Inc trying different locations useless.
Also it is constantly in sleep mode with no way of changing it, the push button has to be pressed to wake it up.
Buy better quality

Sent them a help request in the app in April still no response despite several contact attempts, smart robot curtain closer does not work as it is supposed to for UK time, temperature or light intensity.

Big con .!Not working now after a few months ,asking for subscription .Its never worked properly anyway. Stay clear of this doorbell.!

Big con, advertisement sad no monthly fee, now if won’t work unless we subscribe. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM

Worst product ever. Mine is in the garbage.

We saw good reviews so we purchased 2 Tuya Smart video doorbells for the front and back of our house in April. We received the verification code on 16th April. We cannot connect them at all. We waited for our son to come home from the States as he is an experienced Techy. He could not connect the Tuya doorbells either. They are a complete waste of money. He suggested we ring the company. We cannot find a UK action contact number. We want our money back.

I bought 5 AIIAT smart plugs last week. These are well designed with a switch at suitable to use place. Furthermore I bought AIIAT plugs before few years and they were working well and it was easy to setup them.
But now this is the worst purchase ever that I did. These plugs now are useless because they switch off randomly and everyone at different and unpredictable moment. I investigated all the possible reasons including 3th party, voltage fluctuations, timers, smart scenes, Wi-Fi connection stability, wall socket condition, the correctness of the installation, is the phone APP suitable (Tuya Smart and the old Smart Life), etc. But the problem continues to persist which makes these plugs useless. By my opinion this is firmware bug that's why I warned their engineers using the Tuya Smart App FAQ & Feed back menu.
But there is no any action from them. They even didn't contact me by email. Disgusting customer "support" and the worst money spent in my experience as a buyer in the smart market. So I would no longer recommend this company and their smart plugs AIIAT to anyone looking to get something useful for their money.

Crap please don't buy, the so called privileges you get when you buy. Then they change the terms after you buy shocking. Bad bad company can't emphasise anough not to buy.

This thing is a complete pile of s*&t. Bought it and installed it using battery power. Good for first 30 days. After that, within about 90 days it was down to where you were having to charge the batteries almost daily. Called them and they sent me new batteries, that was after they made me delete the app and reinstall it, and reset it. When I installed those batteries, it never even powered back up.

They then sent me a new one. This one we hard wired in. It kept saying it was "ready to pair", after an hour I walked away from it and figured I would just let it sit. I came back after an hour and it had no signal, no nothing. Again, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I tried to reset it and I couldn't even do that. I then crushed the piece of crap in my driveway. Enough is enough.

Wireless door bell.Complete waste of money, will not connect. Go elsewhere.

Camera constantly goes offline and is basically useless. Video is slow to capture images so the images are usually of an empty space.

The doorbell camera itself arrived well packaged and looks the part .that is where it ends the battery life is very bad even in low power mode and forget recording . it will pick up someone at the end of the drive then not pick up the postman walking up the drive. very good if someone rings the bell .but a bit expensive for a door bell .and beware of you want to send it back you have to pay the postage.
