The app and products just don’t work properly, Awful products and support.

This has got to be the worst thing I've ever bought in my whole life the camera is very cheep and not great. To say it has night vision is an absolute joke its pitch black and u can't see anything let alone a face when I sent them a email about it they said the night vision only works in light up areas bit pointless. Over all it is a rubbish product and I've wasted £120.00 of my kids inheritance lol on this junk please do not buy this to be disappointed I'm only giving it 1 star as u have to pit something wish it had _100 because that's the score I would give

This app takes over things that were never intended to connect and you can not get rid of it. I've just thrown out 2 outdoor timers (pool and lights) that got swept up into this funky ai driven nightmare that I could not get released.

if i could give a minus i would awful app has been from the beginning but just getting worse im not going to bother with smart bulbs and be reliant on this useless app that will not connect to the bulb let alone alexa !!

Useless Instructions. I had a couple of air quality meters on my network. First time they connected they worked fine. Then, I wanted to change their location -impossible, I decided to remove them from the app and as no discernable reset facility on the device I couldnt reconnect them again. Tried various options on the app & network and hours of frustration. Eventually I found a solution from Google AI which has done the trick.

It had used to work, couple of years ago, with my original devices. Now it does not- I can't connect any more recent Tuya-based devices. Useless. A switch and wiring always works. This is nothing more than a huge waste of my time. What with that and leaking so much info about my network, goodbye.

stop sucking off amazon and be your own thing. Why do I need to install this app if there just gonna log me out every week??? WHY do i need to use this crappy app just to work with an amazon plug? please go out of business 0/10

Deeply disappointed. This should be simple: set a desired temperature in the app.

Instead, if it’s cold, the heater does nothing. Eco mode xoxo (which cannot be turned off)

Is the room hot? Let’s keep heating it!

This heater is in all ways surpassed by a standard oil heater.

Unless you desperately need a remote on/off.

Smart light bulbs are awful they disconnect randomly and start flashing which takes ages to connect.

honestly it's so frustrating. Stay away from this product and just got for normal leds.

Har man installeret software som får kameraerne til ikke at virke, så man skal købe nye kameraer ???

Every since the last update and the new smart feature the heaters I bought turn on by themselves. One of the heaters is in the guest room and doesn't need to be on when no one is in there. It's a waist of electricity and costing me money. It still does it even after I disabled the smart feature. This is big brother garbage. I don't need some trash corporations trying to decide what I do with the products I purchased.

When it works it’s great. However, we’ve just changed our broadband provider so needed to update the wifi password in the app. This is when the ‘smart sockets’ became the dumbest thing ever. So frustrating. Just ordered some Amazon replacements.

Useless switches. Both do not connect after 6months.Do not buy.

Had this a few years now and it’s always having to reset device which takes hours every time to reconnect. Wouldn’t recommend total waste of time and effort. Going to go for something that’s reliable and actually works well. So disappointing and waste of money.

I spoke to a lovely lady called Wajihah who explained the product clearly and in a non pushy way. Her customer service was excellent and the product seems simple and very flexible. I work in a large bank and by comparison the experience I’ve had with smart was excellent

Absolutely disgusting prepared to take your money no communication after several emails no shipping details save tour money spend that little extra to get your product

Det er fint nok i starten. Lidt bøvlet af pare, ligeså bøvlet at pare apprn med Google home. Men så når man skifter internet gøres det hele forfra og det er til besvær. Her til sidst fik jeg så nyt internet som kun er 5g. Det har betydet at appen slet ikke kunne få min dimmer-switch reconnected til deres app....

Det ur er ikke pengene værd. Ofte lader det ikke op, når det er lagt til opladning. Data fra uret opdaterer den aps på telefonen, der hører til uret, som vinden blæser.

Absolutely don’t use this web site which is effectively a scam. Payment taken, no goods, most rudimentary customer service form to contact the business via the web site, no response received. I have now entered into a dispute to recover payment via my bank. Save yourself the trouble.

Absaloutly awful company this customer service is shocking I’ve mailed numerous times without 1 reply I would strongly advise not to shop here con artists
