I was happy to receive my order and it was great but I had to wait longer than originally expected and was not informed until I enquired as to why it hadn’t been delivered.

I did not receive a confirmation email…
I did not receive a confirmation email when I ordered it. This is disappointing as it meant that when I tried to return my item of clothing I had no order number.

Further to your review, could I ask that you contact us regarding your order and which email address is attached to your account. Trutex orders are always confirmed by email so we don't understand how this has happened, unless the email has gone into your junk/spam folder.
We also offer support via our helpline and live chat, where we would have been able to provide your order number from your name and address, following which we would have assisted with a smooth return.

No uniform and no answers
I would give a zero if I could..
It's been almost a month since I placed paid order with them, but there is no update, no contact person, no reply to watsapp chat, emails....nothing ! The telephone numbers are either not working(call disconnects) or nobody picks the phone in the rare chance it goes
through ! 2 weeks into school now and my children still don't have an uniform
The uniform quality is also not great, especially the shirts n dress... stitches unravel on hems, belts, pockets after few months of wear, absolutely difficult material to wash and iron ... not sure why our school
considers them as a uniform
supplier.
The school recently changed their logo, wish they had changed supplier also. Better quality and service
much needed !

Out of stock but allowed me to purchase and not informed otherwise
Appalling as usual. Unfortunately, I am forced to buy from Trutex for school uniform. Yet again after placing a large, expensive order, 4 items are out of stock despite being allowed to place the order for these and pay for them. Trutex yet again has not advised me of this. Parcel was sent out and I have to contact them to find out where the rest of the order is to be told that I won't receive anything for another month. Now my children only have half of their school uniform. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone, just an online chat which takes ages with an agent who has nothing of value to say.
Surely as a uniform provider you have one job and that is to fulfil orders at the busiest time of the year for school uniform ordering which is August. How can you get your stock levels so wrong every time and then not have the decency to inform your customers so they can find alternatives elsewhere

Blazer arrived with hole.

The quality of these pants was excellent
Very pleased with delivery and actual quality of the school pants was exceptional. It was such a shame they didn't fit on his waist and the larger sizes were all out of stock. The severe difficulty in getting larger sized trousers children who gave additional needs and/ restrictive diets, which cause them not to be the tiny, thin size that every store seems to cater for, is really a problem, and I will certainly keep checking for the large sizes to come back in stock.
