The product as as described and was delivered at the start of the possible window of 3-5 days. The nappy bin was also simple to set up.

Excellent customer service from Beverley
I’d like to say a big thank you to Beverley for her excellent customer service. She was very helpful, patient, and quick to resolve my issue. Although the replacement nail heads were out of stock, she kindly arranged for a full healthcare kit to be sent as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate.

Amazing experience with Izzy Andy and Nicholas today! I emailed tommee tippee enquiring about my non verbal autistic daughter. She only drinks from a certain sippy cup which is now unfortunately discontinued.. Izzy Andy and Nicholas were very quick to understand and explain things to me and also reassured me we could pick a cup for my daughter to try from the website free of charge! I’m so beyond grateful for their help and support through the experience and couldn’t recommend the company enough! Top notch customer service

Sophie and Izzy were great! I sent an email in regards to flange sizes for my electric pump and trying to reestablish a supply and within a couple of hours I had a response and new ones sent out. Very grateful!!

Impeccable Customer Service
Looking after a newborn isn't easy, having reliable and efficient products are key in having peace of mind. On the occasion (very rare for a Tommee Tippee product) my bottle warmer was taking longer than the recommended time to warm up little ones feed. Those minutes are crucial especially at night. Jude not only sorted out my problem with advice and ultimately a replacement. The customer service was commendable.

Great experience with Antony in parent care and tomee tipee. We had some faulty items and I called up to see what could be done and they sent me out6 replacements without question.

Absolutely vile company to deal with in…
Absolutely vile company to deal with in customer service. They are advising a feed that feels hot on my wrist is suitable for my baby to drink. Please be VERY cautious purchasing the prep machine. I would absolutely hate for a baby to be scalded due to a faulty machine.

Our PerfectPrep's are designed to make a feed quickly at the perfect body temperature and we are saddened to hear that you have found your feeds to be too hot! At this time of year, the warmer weather can affect the temperature of the unit and we would advise to keep this in a cool area with fresh cold water, away from any sunlight.
