Replacement bottle caps
Thanks to Florence and Cienna for helping me out! My baby was starting daycare and they insisted on having caps for his bottles but i had lost most of them. I contacted Tommee Tippee to see if I could purchase some more and they sent me 4 for free - I'm so grateful!!

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Tommee Tippee. I placed an order for a wearable breast pump and a couple of other products using the 15% first-order discount. The order was accepted, payment was taken, and I was expecting everything to arrive.
The delivery then became an issue, as the retailer advised that the order had been marked as delivered, despite the FedEx tracking on my end not showing it as delivered and us not receiving the parcel.
After contacting customer service, I was then told that the wearable breast pump was actually out of stock. I was given the option of receiving a refund or having the rest of the order sent, but this meant I would no longer be able to purchase the pump at the original discounted price.
Customer service eventually offered to refund the full order and said they would honour the 15% discount if I wanted to reorder the pump once it was back in stock. I appreciate that they offered this solution, but the whole process has been unnecessarily frustrating.
As a new parent, I was relying on these products and expected a much smoother experience from a well-known baby brand. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will be looking at alternative brands and retailers for the pump and future purchases.
Very disappointing service and communication.

Suite à l'usure prématurée de la tétine de notre gourde Tommee Tippee, nous avons sollicité le service client pour un remplacement. Excellents échanges avec Elliot du SAV qui nous a finalement proposé un remplacement complet de la gourde. Un grand merci à lui et à Tommee Tippee pour le geste commercial ! Beth and Jo were extremely helpful with my order that was shipped incorrectly. However the lack of an Australian Customer Service number did make it harder to work with as the hours on the website do not specify they are UK not Australia.

Classic start narrow bottles
I spoke with Jo via the customer care, the responses were very quick and helpful in determining that what I am searching for is no longer available. I use the narrow teat bottles and unfortunately they no longer make teats that are above medium flow and I’m in need of fast flow teats for my 9m old.
Quick customer service and responses. Unfortunately I’m left with no choice but to change bottles to suit bubs needs.

I messaged Tommee Tippee through Facebook asking of they had any other flange sizes as the one that came with my pump is too large and I couldn't find any Tommee Tippee branded ones online. I spoke with Tayla who was very helpful. I have now been sent smaller sized flanges at no cost. Very happy 😊

The most dysfunctional and disorganised company
Extremely disappointed with both the quality of the products and the customer service.
This all began because I received products that didn’t meet the company’s own quality standards, so a replacement order was arranged on 10 July. Since then, I have had to chase up the order three separate times.
The first replacement was apparently lost in transit. I was then told a second replacement had been sent, and as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience, I was promised additional teats. Now, after following up yet again because the replacement still hasn’t arrived, I’ve discovered those goodwill items have been removed from the latest order without any explanation.
While customer service has responded to my emails, I shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase a replacement that should have been resolved weeks ago. The communication may be polite, but the level of organisation is unacceptable.
The biggest disappointment is the impact this has had on my family. My daughter is now almost five months old, and because I never received the correct teat size, I have been unable to bottle feed her as planned. This has made my return to work significantly more stressful and inconvenient. Had I known it would take over a month to resolve, I would have purchased the correct products elsewhere.
Being sent faulty products is one thing. Having to follow up three times, wait over a month for a replacement, and then have the promised goodwill items removed from the order is simply unacceptable. I have lost confidence in this company and cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Great customer service
The horns for my electric pump had splits in them and needed to be replaced as the suction was no longer as strong. After awhile of trying to find where to buy spare parts to no avail, I used the contact us section on the Tommee Tippee website. I was initially talking to an AI chat bot but they soon put in a ticket for a person to help me. I spoke to Jude, Debbie and Izzy who promptly responded to my request and have sent out new horns free of charge. The pump itself, the double electric pump is great and I'm glad the horns could be easily replaced.
