Toyland Treasures Omdömen

I have ordered from Toyland Treasures multiple times and they have always delivered my items on time.

I was a bit skeptical at first since there didn’t seem to be a retail store tied to them, but after purchasing one time during their Christmas specials, I was delighted to see that my order arrived as described in the next few days. Their range and options are massive and they always have great deals during the festive seasons.

They also sometimes have products that are sold out in others stores or are discontinued so it’s great to have access to these products through them.

Would recommend Toyland Treasures to anyone looking to buy anything toy related!

This was the first time I ordered from Toyland Treasures and it won’t be the last time I order!

Product I wanted could no longer buy from a retail store.Great price prompt service.

Great shopping experience! The toy arrived quickly and was exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and my child loves it. The ordering process was easy, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely buy from this website again. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Toyland Treasures highly enough! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding.

I recently had an issue with my order, and from the moment I contacted them, they were understanding, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. They listened, communicated clearly throughout the process, and resolved the problem within just 24 hours.

It's rare to find a business that stands behind its customers with such care and efficiency. Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one.

Thank you, Toyland Treasures, for your exceptional service, understanding, and incredibly fast resolution. You've earned a loyal customer, and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends. Keep up the fantastic work!

Awesome 🙌 Helpful staff and great products. Thank you.

They don’t post real reviews, twice I’ve attempted to leave an honest review of products I purchased and they won’t accept it because it isn’t 5 stars. Wouldn’t purchase from them again.

I was happy with Toyland. It would be 5 stars if they didnt use Aramex as a courier. The experience with the delivery was a nightmare. Shame as Toyland were efficient. Hopefully they find a new courier company and I will then shop with them again.

Amazing range of toys, customer service was fast to respond. Thank you team

Our granddaughter loves them. The only thing I will say negatively is that the hat for the Jessie doll doesn't fit and always falls off.

Perfect in every way it was exactly what I ordered my son loves it

Had a slight delivery delay with my order, but the Toyland team stepped in quickly and coordinated everything to ensure it arrived right on time. These were birthday presents for my children, so the on-time delivery meant the world to us. Great communication and problem-solving—thank you, Toyland!"

Toyland treasures, Treasures alright!! Probably the best customer service experience ever!! Thank you to William for sharing the Christmas spirit!! So grateful to these guys, I had made a call to them realising I messed up the delivery address for my order and they gladly sorted that out for me by re-packing and sending my order at the last minute just so I could receive it in time for Christmas, even though it was my mistake they were willing to do that. Thank you again Toyland Treasures you have made my day!!

Excellent company, great customer service and legitimate products! Was skeptical at first, but their products are entirely legitimate. I highly recommend!
