Contacted the live chat on the website and spoke to Nicholas G, this was due to having Tommee tippee natural start bottles I have used for only 2 months and the print on the bottle including the measurements wearing off, he was very helpful went through all the necessary information about the bottles and how we use them and then proceeded to offer to send out replacements for all 6 bottles we have, very happy with this outcome

Broken perfect prep machine on arrival
Broken perfect prep machine on arrival, was not able to use it at all. Dissapointing and unreliable when we have a new baby to care for. Nowhere to get product support or a new unit on the weekend.
Really left me stuck in a bad place with a newborn to look after

I purchased the RapidCool expecting it…
I purchased the RapidCool expecting it to make preparing bottles on the go easier, but unfortunately my experience has been disappointing.
The main issue is that the temperature indicator isn’t reliable or as clear as advertised. It can be difficult to tell when the bottle is actually safe to use, which isn’t something parents should have to second guess when preparing a feed for their baby. As a result, I’ve lost confidence in using the product.
I have also found the display itself difficult to use, making what should be a simple process more stressful than it needs to be.
What has added to my frustration is the lack of a customer service email address. Not everyone has the time to sit on live chat or answer phone calls, especially with a young baby. It would be much more customer friendly to offer an email option so customers can explain issues in detail and keep a written record of conversations.
Overall, the idea behind the product is great, but the execution has let it down. I hope Tommee Tippee reaches out to discuss this feedback, as I would appreciate the opportunity to resolve my concerns directly.

Most temperamental machine
We bought the Tommee tippee perfect prop pro, it is an ultimate waste of money, the most temperamental machine there is, it doesn’t dispense the water if the room temperature is “above a certain point” (that temperature point is something I still can’t determine), we called team and they suggested to keep the tank of water in the fridge! And they won’t send someone to fix the problem nor will they replace it (I would prefer it if they would just take it back and give me the money I spent) . Please go for other options in the market and don’t waste your money on this

Great customer service team
I wanted to buy replacement file pads for the electric nail file and got in touch with the customer service team.
I cannot fault them at all. They have been quick to respond and made sure I got what I needed sent to me immediately. I was sent an entire replacement nail file. 5 stars to their customer service team!
The only reason I’ve dropped a star is because I would’ve preferred to just buy the replacement parts as I feel replacing the entire file is unsustainable and wasteful. I hope that their website offers the option to purchase just the replacement parts in the future.

Perfect Prep machine
I am extremely disappointed with the new Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine. Whenever my house is even slightly warm, the machine refuses to work. I’ve followed all of the guidance, including keeping the water tank in the fridge before using it, but it still regularly fails.
As a parent of a newborn, the last thing you need is a bottle prep machine that you can’t rely on. Because of this issue, I’ve had to spend hundreds of pounds on ready-made formula bottles over the last five weeks just to make sure my baby could be fed safely.
A product like this is supposed to make life easier for parents, but instead it has caused nothing but stress, frustration and extra expense. For a well-known brand like Tommee Tippee, I expected a reliable product, especially considering the price.
I would not recommend this machine based on my experience unless Tommee Tippee addresses these issues. Parents need a product they can depend on, regardless of whether their home is slightly warm.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback for us, We are sorry to hear that you have been facing this issue with your PerfectPrep machine.
We love the warmer weather, but your Perfect Prep may not and sometimes needs a little more attention. There is a probe in with machine that is constantly checking that the water dispensed will create a safe feed for your little one.
Because of this, If the tank temperature reads as outside the required temperature then the machine will signal a temperature warning and stop dispensing, this is a safety feature we have added to the machine. Don't worry though, we have lots of support available to get you back to feeding your little one with ease.
To bring the temperature down, you can top the jug up with fresh, cold tap water, or you can even add some ice cubes. We designed the jug in a way that means you can place it in the fridge to keep it cool, just remember to take it out of the fridge and wait around 15 minutes to let the water get to a suitable temperature before dispensing.
