Your perfect prep pro machine is awful. I bought one few weeks ago have been having issues since day 1. Your customer service is even worse. You claim it’s because of water temperature (not true) or descaling (impossible as it’s brand new). Waste of money.

We're sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your PerfectPrep machine and we can understand how frustrating this can be. This is part of a safety feature on our Prep's to ensure that the feed dispensed is within our expected temperatures and safe for little one. This can be rectified by following our tips on our Product Support and Prepology pages: https://www.tommeetippee.com/en-gb/pages/perfect-prep-explained
It was explained that we would need to bring the unit in for assessment so we could check the performance of the machine in line with our product specifications. If a product does not pass our checks and is not in line with our expectations of intended use and performance, or a fault has developed then this would be unfit for purpose.
We can see that you are still in communication with the Parent-Care team and working towards a resolution.

We had a malfunction with the cooling flask and had a chat with an agent with Tommetippee uk and they quickly assisted us and even sent us a new one

I was genuinely impressed by how…
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly and thoughtfully the Parent-Care Team responded to my enquiries. Sophie, Jo and Antony were all very kind, professional and helpful throughout the communication.
Although my enquiry was related to finding the appropriate contact within the company for an innovation proposal rather than a typical parent-care enquiry, each of them still made an effort to guide me in the right direction. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me, even though connecting inventors with the relevant departments is not the primary responsibility of the Parent-Care Team.
One small suggestion would be to make the connection between different departments within the company even stronger, particularly so that enquiries such as mine can be redirected to the appropriate team more quickly. This is not a criticism of the Parent-Care Team at all—their role is to support parents and caregivers, and they did an excellent job within that role. I simply believe that a stronger internal connection could make the experience even more efficient for people who need to reach another department.
Overall, I was genuinely impressed by the kindness, responsiveness and willingness to help shown by Sophie, Jo and Antony. Their effort made a very positive impression on me, and I am sincerely grateful for their support.

Brilliant experience, I was dealing with their customer service team in replacing part of a perfect prep machine I was missing. I dealt with Harry and Antony, who went out of their way to help me. Both were very polite, and friendly. Replies were prompt! 10/10 experience.

We are so sorry you've not liked your Perfect Prep because you've had trouble with it leaking and the temperature warning.
The temperature warning is something that can happen during warmer periods but you can manage this by using cold water straight from the tap, or you can keep it cooler by popping the jug in the fridge between uses and taking it out around 20 minutes before feeding time.
It looks like we've sent you an email this afternoon to try and offer a solution to this and we're just waiting to hear back from you. We'd really appreciate it if you could email us back so we can get everything resolved.

Incredible customer service

Beverley was a huge help to me after my initial product turned faulty, she arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Upon arrival, the delivery person took a picture of the box as it was extremely damaged/bashed. Unfortunately the item inside is damaged and we have the same issue again. Beverley as arranged for another item to be sent out and added some extras as a goodwill gesture - fantastic customer service which will definitely make me return and buy again. Thank you!
