malfunction resolved
i was having an issue with my tommee tippee perfect prep pro machine in which it malfunctioned and teared apart the silicone lid of the powder tank. i spoke with Nicholas who is a parent-care specialist and explained the issue in which he asked for some pictures and very quickly got the issue resolved by ordering me a new powder tank for the machine it was resolved in the matter of 15 minutes, thankyou very much Nicholas for getting this resolved so quick i’m extremely grateful

I went to buy a DR BROWNS sterilising machine instead along with that brand baby bottles. If anybody experiences problems like I had, read the reviews before committing. Its our children's lifes there playing with!
Avoid the company like the plague. I bought a sterilising machine, baby bottles, bibs, baby dummy's, baby bottle warmer electric type, baby bottle warmer zip type.
There machine failed and it was literally not fit for purpose and useless. I needed it as my baby is only a few days old!
Worst part is i got in touch with tomee tipee and they did not care. They did not even give a good will gesture for my time wasted and my baby not being able to get his feed on time due to low grade machines.
These will be reported to trading standards as well. Its a baby product not a joke. Customer service was rubbish as well dealth with JO and someone else.
Offering a refund for a faulty baby product is the absolute minimum a big company like this should be doing. Also to note the refund procedure took ages! Had to give every information under the sun. In this time I was in need of a sterlizing machine which was the main point.
For a company to lose 1 customer and lose future customers just says a lot about the business as a whole. Without customers tommee tipee is nothing just a polite reminder.

Easy to see a replacement and helpful staff!
Had a possible fault with our machine and was able to arrange being sent a new one by Thomas who had great customer service and very thankful for his support in being able to do this.

I had an issue with my prep and go flask so I contacted customer service for some help. I have to say the customer service I received was incredible, I couldn’t fault it. Beverley Helped me and she was amazing. So friendly, quick and resolved my issue within a matter of days as well as sending a good will gesture.
