Amazing customer service!
Our nursery lost one of the lids to a Tommee Tippee bottle and I thought I would see if Tommee Tippee had a replacement as there wasn't anything on the website. Unfortunately there weren't any lids in stock but they instead sent out a small bottle where the lids would fit our larger bottle. Amazing customer service! Customer for life!

Double electric breast pump amazing help!
Double electric breast pump only comes with a. Single flange size, I couldn't find any online to purchase so I contacted Tommy tippee directly and they where kinda enough to send out the additional sizes free of charge Sorted out my issue very fast, was very polite and don't waste time 🙂 will definetly be reaching out In future if any more queries

Really great customer focus
Really great customer focus. I've asked about getting replacement nail filer heads and different breast pump horn sizes and they have always been helpful and sent them out to me for free.

I would like to give some positive feedback for Debbie and Antony for the excellent support they provided when my prep machine wouldn’t work
They were both extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to understand the issue and supported me step by step to get everything dealt with and resolved. Their clear guidance made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage.

Teats unavailable in stores
Please make teats of all sizes available in supermarkets around UK so that a sleep deprived mother won't have to wait for 1 week for her order to be delivered. It's enough that the weekly child support pay is low and we order based on our budget which of course will be lower than £50 for it to be processed/delivered in a couple of days. Therefore, please supply teats of all sizes to be available quicker than waiting for a week. Thank you

I used the AI Chat system to contact…
I used the AI Chat system to contact someone in the customer support department. After a few quick questions I was redirected to a live agent who then asked me more detailed questions. The conversation was polite and very professional. My problem was immediately addressed and quickly resolved.
I had to use the British support site as there was no other option other than a French site (with no option to translate) - this would be my only issue, albeit small. I would recommend further options such as German or English for customers from other European countries.
Other than that great customer service and an overall positive experience. Thank you Martin.

Perfect Prep Machine and Customer Service
Terrible customer service and a product that made my son ill (Perfect Prep Machine).
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with both the Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep Machine and the company's appalling customer service. After using this product, it gave my son severe gastrointestinal issues, resulting in an emergency trip to A&E. As soon as I stopped using the machine and went back to the traditional bottle-making method, all of his symptoms completely went away.
When I tried to return the item and requested a refund, Tommee Tippee refused because the item had been used. This is completely unacceptable. Under the Consumer Rights Act, consumers have the right to reject a product if it is "not fit for purpose." They refused my rejection and repeatedly ignored my questions asking for their official definition of what "unfit for purpose" means to them, alongside many other questions that were completely brushed aside.
The process of them inspecting the machine was a total shambles.
On the day they were scheduled to collect the machine for testing, they failed to turn up. Before they finally collected it, they reassured me that a proper resolution would be made once it was tested. Instead, they had zero communication with me while they possessed the machine, completely ignored my wishes, and decided to force the product back upon me by processing it to be sent back without contacting me first. To top it all off, I have not even received the machine back yet, and they have provided absolutely no tracking information.
When I asked for a full breakdown of the tests conducted on the machine—which I have a right to know given it made my child ill—they claimed they "cannot provide that to consumers." They essentially expect parents to blindly take their word for it.
This company showed zero empathy for a medical emergency caused after using their product, dodged accountability, and demonstrated a complete lack of transparency. I would highly recommend avoiding this product and this company altogether.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback on your recent experience with your Perfect Prep machine and the Parent-Care Specialists.
We are sorry to hear that your little one has been unwell and absolutely take these matters very seriously. This is why we have a strict process to follow to ensure we are gathering all relevant facts and fully investigating the products, in line with health and safety regulations. It was explained that we would need to bring the unit in for assessment so we could check the performance of the machine in line with our product specifications. If a product does not pass our checks and is not in line with our expectations of intended use and performance, or a fault has developed then this would be unfit for purpose. In that case we would look to establish a suitable resolution with the consumer. However, each interaction we handle will be dealt with on a case by case basis and we consider all factors when making decisions.
It was explained that a standard return could not be processed due to hygiene reasons but that we wanted to have this brought in to our assessment department for quality checks. Then after the assessment, we would be able to discuss with you what options were available for a mutual resolution.
We can see that you have had constant communication with our Parent-Care team and it was communicated to you when the product had arrived to us, had completed the assessment and what the outcome of the assessment was. As this was deemed non faulty and the Perfect Prep machine was in good working order, a discussion was had in terms of next steps to which you requested for this to be escalated. The information held in the quality department is limited and not shared publicly, therefore full reports cannot be shown, however we can see that an explanation was shared on what was tested in this controlled facility.
We can see that you are still in communication with the Parent-Care team manager and working towards a resolution.

Keep getting burnt
Back in 2012 when my sister had her baby she used these bottle without an issue i would make my nephew milk sometimes and have no issue but over the years their has been a change to the bottle which i wasn’t aware of till i had my own baby and i notice they have anti collic hole in the plastic rim that holds the teat i purchased 3 sets of the mixed bottles thinking nothing of it till me and my husband were making milk sometimes once we put the water and formula we screw the teat on and shake and each time without fail milk would squirt out these valves me and my husband have been severely burned from this no matter how tight we screw it and we always double check the teat is fitted in properly but milk still seems to come out and burn us which im very disappointed sometimes companies need to just leave products alone and stop trying to make things better and because of the whole situation ive had to throw away all my bottles which i spent a lotnof money on and i started using mam and they are the best bottles ive used no burning nothing.

I spoke to a lady called Jo, who was amazing. I had explained that my autistic daughter only drinks from a particular drinking cup and explained that as she is a sensory seeker, she chews through the spouts and I asked if there was a possibility of me being able to purchase the lids separately. Unfortunately, after checking, Jo informed me that they didn't supply them separately as a spare part, however, she offered to send me 2 replacement cups free of charge, which I thought was really kind.
