Helpful, quick response, easy
Ordering was easy and went amazing and the dispatch was quick and was kept updated throughout. Through no fault of Tommee Tippees i had an issue with delivery but spoke to Antony at their customer care and he resolved the issues ASAP for me - responses was almost instant, he was honest, helpful and overall lovely. Some of the best customer service i have received in a while - would recommend.

If I could give six stars, I genuinely would!
Our Tommee Tippee Perfect Prep machine jug accidentally fell and broke on a Sunday evening, including the lid. This meant it was no longer safe to use to prepare milk for our daughter, which understandably left us feeling stressed and worried about what we were going to do, especially as we couldn’t find any replacement parts online.
Late that evening, I contacted Tommee Tippee through their AI chat service, explained the situation, and a support ticket was raised and passed to the relevant team.
Then, at 8.30am on Monday morning, I received a message from Patient Care Specialist, Antony, who immediately reassured me that he would do his best to help. He asked for a few details about our Perfect Prep machine, including the model and batch number, which I provided straight away.
Antony came back promptly and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered to arrange a replacement jug and lid completely free of charge, an item that would normally cost around £20.
I then received an official order confirmation from Tommee Tippee confirming that the replacement would be delivered within 3–5 days.
And the best part? All of this was sorted by 11am on Monday morning! From initially contacting them late on Sunday evening to having a solution in place just a few hours later.
Antony was absolutely fantastic throughout. He was genuinely keen to help, communicated promptly and, most importantly, took ownership of the issue and found a solution that gave us real peace of mind. As parents, being able to safely prepare our daughter’s milk is obviously incredibly important, so his help genuinely made a stressful situation so much easier.
If Antony is an example of the level of customer service Tommee Tippee provides across the wider team, then they really do have an outstanding customer care team.
A huge thank you to Antony and Tommee Tippee, you’ve gone above and beyond! 👏

The speed of response and resolution…
The speed of response and resolution from the parent care team was nothing short of exceptional.
Our single hand pump didn't not fit and the team promptly dispatched additional horns to fit the device for my wife.

AI is incredibly annoying
The bot kept providing me with “null” ticket reference for my query. And then forgot the whole chat (several times).
What an absolute waste of time.
It seemed to understand everything excellent, and would’ve been great. But it just couldn’t actually finish the task, but thought it did.

Your perfect prep pro machine is shit. It’s a waste of £200. I bought one yesterday and after multiple attempts I still haven’t made 1 bottle because of the ‘ cold tap water being too warm’ warning. I’ve tried cold water from the fridge and tried adding a bloody ice cube! What kind of machine needs an ice cube to work! If it’s incapable of making a bottle from cold tap water it needs recalling and fixing. I’ve read some comments on ‘It’s for safety’ but it should have some kind of programming to make it work properly. Really disappointing and an awful purchase. I’ll be looking at getting a refund for this shit machine. All the complaints for this machine are valid… what an awful experience

Bad customer service, bad choice of delivery company to deliver products, bad return process- need to print labels ( for gods sake its 2026 why printer is still required) and no collection available for large items available. Absolute non sense. Do not recommend
