Your company – and the one you represent – may consider your ‘clients’ third-class citizens who can be treated dismissively. I am not a client, and never will be. Moreover, any contemptuous behaviour with regard to me is a seriously bad plan.
[1] You sent a letter to a property which I do not own, where I have never lived and the resident of which has no responsibility over any communication from you, nor does that person have the legal right to open mail that is addressed to somebody else.
[2] An investigation is being conducted under the law of data protection to establish the source of your information.
[3] Your company has received two specific warnings that any further attempt to harass the owner of that property will result in the matter being reported to Police Scotland.
[4] The resident contacted me, she was given permission to open the letter, and to photograph it. It was subsequently sent to me.
[5] The letter had no immediate means of contacting your company.
[6] I found the contact email of the complaints department of your company. In that communication I asked a number of questions concerning the veracity of the liability to which it referred, specifically:
(i) an alleged liability of just over £100 – from five years ago;
(ii) an alleged liability pertaining to an individual who died five years ago in a different property; and
(iii) a request for any documentation to prove the liability.
[7] Six communications have been sent to more than one recipient in your company since mid-May of this year, two of which have been acknowledged, but neither of which even recognise, let alone answer the questions and / or provide the documentation requested.
[8] To such questions and requests - and you have been given adequate timelines - I expect a response, which may take a number of forms:
(i) The respondent declares in writing an inability to reply.
(ii) The respondent declares in writing an unwillingness to reply.
(iii) The respondent partially addresses in writing the points raised.
(iv) The respondent fully addresses in writing the points raised.
Based upon the precise nature of the response options, I shall then consider what, if any subsequent action is necessary.
[9] The blatant disregard of my detailed correspondence – evidenced by your company and the company that you represent – is tantamount either to evasion or incompetence, but it is not a fifth response option. Moreover, it is utter discourtesy.
[10] I have neither the time nor the inclination further to deal either with your harassment and automated correspondence, or with your possible avoidance. Given your apparent reluctance to respond in a professional and punctual manner, the following action is now taken:
(i) Any further attempt on the part of your company or from the company represented by you to engage in written threats and / or cyclical correspondence will receive no direct response.
(ii) Any email correspondence from you or from the company represented by you will be permanently filed without response.
(iii) Any correspondence sent to any UK address will be marked ‘return to sender’.

(i) The address to which your initial letter was sent is not my property, nor have I ever lived there.
(ii) I have not lived in the UK for 26 years.
(iii) Since 1986 I have not resided in the property to which the alleged liability pertains;
(iv) There is nobody in the UK who, in any capacity, can address any matter pertaining to this claim; and
(v) Any attempt to interact in any way with any 3rd party in the United Kingdom at any location will be deemed intimidation and reported to Police Scotland.
[12] You will receive no further communication from me personally although I cannot preclude any subsequent communication from 3rd parties in relation to the potential escalation of this matter, specifically:
(i) the Solicitors Regulation Authority;
(ii) the appropriate Ombudsman; and
(iii) my legal representative who will be furnished with all supporting documentation.
[13] If you wish to contact the alleged debtor, I suggest you engage a clairvoyant.
[14] If you wish to contact me, then you should book a return flight of 14,000 miles (at your own expense). Unless you want me to get you a taxi from the airport, there is no need to reply. After all, why should you break the habit of five years?
[15] Do not threaten me with possible adverse effects on my credit rating: I have not used credit since 1987.

What do you want a medal??? Service not the best and could barely understand the Indian female that I was talking to!! Employ people that speak proper English when dealing with series legal matters! I nearly put the phone down on her! Absolute joke! Also my date of first payment said the 2nd August, but this person tried to make me pay today and she said I need an explantion and I said it STATES 02nd August quite CLEARLY!
