False, fraudulent, poor staff services LIARS
I see ppl writing good reviews, lies. These people are scam. I've paid and cleared my debt 4 months ago, yet today I've checked my experian account (which I do monthly) and this month it says I owe them £19, yet my account balance is zero. I've even got the email stating "thanks for completing your payments" from tm legal, showing me zero balance left to pay. Yet they still sent my details to experian. Why? And despite me raising this issue with experian, tm legal has doubled down and still sent false information to experian claiming there information on my debt is correct. So legal actions is my next and only option. *I HAVE PROOF * of completed payments.

These companies are all difficult to deal with however this one is getting 4 starts instead of one because Mish was amazing, he took the time to listen and returned my calls to continue dealing with my issue until he managed to find a resolution that didn't allow a corporate company to seal from me.

Got a letter advising of a CCJ…
Got a letter advising of a CCJ different first name, even though I have a payment plan in place rang up spoke to someone advised it’s a mistake he will get it removed asked him to send me an email to confirm didn’t now it’s in MY credit report tried to call again woman decided to disconnect call, I’ve lodged a formal complaint and I’m going to ombudsman knew nothing about this CCJ not even a letter to say it was going to court
Ref 1041433, I want it removed now and I’m contacting the FCA and SRA, all your calls will be recorded not one person when I was on the phone mentioned going to court as yous have applied for a CCJ or letters sent out I spoke to 2 different people and have emails of all my plans set up,
The name on here is not my name my initials are CW I don’t want people knowing my name or credit history

So most of these companies get a bad reputation but TM legal work with you to find a solution even if it is minimal payments,at first contacting them was frustrating as the debt was in another company name but it turned out It was all legal and above board, my one irritating complaint though is every time you call they ask if you can make any further payment that day , don't ask customers that as they will make a payment anyway if they can. Staff are friendly enough , can imagine how much abuse they get each day though so don't always come across as happy. Hoping to improve my credit rating through making payments
