I spoke to Michael today, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I have mental health issues, which can make speaking on the phone very difficult and nerve-racking for me, but Michael immediately put me at ease with his warm, friendly and understanding manner.
He resolved an issue I was having very quickly and, thankfully, also made me aware of an account I had missed. He then took the time to help me arrange a payment plan that was suitable for my circumstances and needs.
What would normally have been a very stressful phone call turned out to be a genuinely lovely experience. I’m extremely grateful for Michael’s patience, kindness and understanding.

Michaela was an absolute star, made me feel completely at ease and ran through all of the stuff together as if we were friends. Honestly, considering the circumstances of the call, I felt amazing at the end.
In regards to everything else, was easy to get through to someone. The security was quick and painless, even though I didn't have a reference (not their fault, I just rang before receiving my first email from them). The call was a little long, but very thorough and not a complaint by any stretch. I wish all debt companies where like this!
