Customer service

Easy to book tickets. I had a slight technical issue at my end and Chloe helped to resolve it very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service!

No response to attempts at contact after selling a ticket for a seat that didn’t exist

Sold me a ticket for a seat that did not exist at the venue. Have not responded to my attempts at contact. Would not ever buy a ticket for future events from this company if this is the way they treat customers.

We took out insurance for our tickets…

We took out insurance for our tickets for an Acro Competition our daughter was participating in. She can no longer compete but we cannot claim back our tickets cost! Pointless paying extra for insurance!

Refund protection is provided by our third party partner XCover and covers specific situations, which are set out in the terms and conditions shown at the time of purchase. There is also a 14 day cooling off period after the booking. If you feel your circumstances should be covered, please contact our support team and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Excellent support service

I emailed the support desk as I had entered an incorrect email address when booking tickets to an event. Chloe came back within 10 minutes, amended my email and resent my tickets. Excellent, professional service and a pleasure to deal with. Very easy booking system too!

Prompt efficient service

I had an issue with my order where I was charged twice. I was contacted the following day by Angharad to highlight the error and she refunded the duplicated amount quickly and without any hassle. Amazing service. Thank you

Excellent service

We use TicketSource to sell tickets for our fundraising events. The set up is easy and they have a telephone booking line for customers who prefer not to buy tickets online. They also have very helpful customer service!

After checking my bank statement I have…

After checking my bank statement I have been charged twice for the same ticket purchase. Event organiser says it’s a fault on Ticketsource website. Will now be referring this back to my bank.

Very easy to book tickets. The confirmation email didn’t arrive so I emailed customer service and Becca responded very quickly by resending the message.

Chilworth's Benedictine monks love TicketSource

I manage three accounts with TicketSource and its speedy and efficient ‘can do’ customer service which always solves issues immediately is one of the reasons why we love this company…..plus the ease of use and wide ranging functionality of the system and highly reasonable pricing.

TicketSource has made a big difference to us; we are a very hard to reach and hard to find hidden Benedictine monastery in the Surrey Hills near Guildford, UK: St Augustine’s Abbey, Chilworth.

Purchased cancellation protection…

Purchased cancellation protection through TicketSource .The process of trying to navigate our way through the claim process was impossible. Cancellation was due to injury and the ridiculous hoops we tried to jump through caused soo much stress in difficult times. We gave up in the end. This is a poor reflection on Ticketsource.
