Excellent event and ticketing company with a very customer friendly and easy to navigate ticket booking site.
In addition, their customer service is super, even voluntarily refunding postal charges which I had inadvertently paid for twice. Thank you TicketSource. Good job!

I had a problem with one of our guests, which meant he couldn't come with his wife. I phoned ticket source, and they were brilliant. the long and short of it I got a refund of two tickets and I hope that our guest got better soon.

Quick response and whilst they didn't have the information that I needed (as not provided by the organisers) Kate provided me with contact details for the organisers so that I could check out accessibility arrangements with the organisers directly.

I ordered the tickets which I was proud of myself, trying to save to a wallet then they disappeared 🙈🙈🙈
I found the email address for ticket source explained what happened and within 20 hours all is well and I have them saved in my pictures.

Great experience with Ticketsource. Booked tickets for Othello at Grimsthorpe Castle in July but didn’t receive a confirmation or e-tickets. Contacted the Support Dept, who replied straight away, on a Sunday, to confirm that my email address wasn’t correct but all my details were available and they were able to amend my details and forward the e-tickets. Would highly recommend Ticketsource

I emailed ticket source Sunday evening about missing tickets, automatic response immediately. By 9.45 Monday morning problem was resolved by Shane and I received my tickets. Perfect!
