I couldn’t find my tickets for an event so I wrote to ticketsource about it. Within minutes they had replied and sent duplicate tickets. Brilliant service!

Although my problem seemed simple, it was more complex that expected, but Ticketsource were extremely patient and helpful. They were also very prompt in replying to my queries.

Being able to get help from a real person is a deal-breaker for me with using TicketSource. I know there is lots of online help, and I do use it as much as I can, but sometimes you can't find the answer to a very specific question and then a human being who knows the system is so useful and reassuring!

I asked for help getting g a refund on a concert that was cancelled. They were helpful and efficient in their response, and have quickly arranged a full refund, with no lengthy waiting process. Very pleased with the service.

My experience with Event Source was great because they very promptly responded to my request for them to email my tickets to me again as somehow the original email sent to ne 2 months earlier had disappeared off my phone!

An extremely simple but comprehensive administrative online ticket system is provided by TicketSource, coupled with a support team who have a wealth of experience, a flexibility in dealing with the common issues owners of Ticketsource accounts but also, they accept the challenge of the more complex systems many endeavour to formulate for their individual needs. All are resolved in their friendly and professional manner.

Purchased tickets for a show which is showing on my credit card but never sent me any confirmation. So I reached out to them with the dates place and time which in honesty they replied and sent me my tickets which I guess this maybe my fault as I didn’t check their email fully just saw these tickets now I found out these are for a show I went the over a year ago so I’ve had to buy more tickets.

As a charity whose aim is to and conserve gardens, parks, open spaces and the landscape within the county in which we are situated, we hold events, public lectures and conferences in order to promote our work.
All these require bookings to be made and tickets issued to subscribers, electronically or to be printed out.
At one time we were undertaking this task 'in house' until the work load became too great.

Setting up Ticketsource is carefully explained in easy to follow stages; nothing is left to question with all queries readily answered - not by some disembodied recorded message but by a real, friendly, patient and helpful person.
Setting up an event, with details, is a carefully explained process which may be modified by the organiser at any time.
Customers find Ticketsource easy to use and organisers are able to access reports and transaction with ease, also to contact customers.
Payments to organisers, following an event, are made promptly with Ticketsource's handling fee being entirely reasonable.
