Excellent products, excellent service
The Garage Door Centre supplied and installed two Hormann doors and we are delighted. The doors are very high quality and the installers are knowledgeable, efficient and polite. After sales service was very reassuring when a minor technical issue needed to be addressed that was dealt with swiftly. Overall we are glad that we chose a high quality product from a specialist supplier.

Mixed experience
Pros:
- Decent product so far
- Pretty good installation
- Got the product spec correct
Cons:
- Long lead times
- By no means cheap (can of course get it cheaper by just sourcing the product cheaper elsewhere and finding a builder/fitter to install)
- Poor T&Cs: 50% deposit (cool). 50% balance before the product or installation occur. Therefore no incentive to deliver, install and sort any snags…had windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, you name it done. Standard is 50% deposit, then maybe up to 90%. Hold some back for the job to actually be done !
- Very poor customer service at each stage, especially towards the end. Could disclose a lot more here.
A fine product result, marred notably by process and service issues.

Just to say how very happy we are with the replacement garage door supplied and fitted by the Garage Door Centre. Gareth and Matt arrived well on time and fitted the door very quickly and took away all the packaging and the old door. Very happy with the product and the service.

at the time, I was having a new garage roof.
all the workmen just worked together like they knew each other.
On a fantastic day, Ben even swept the whole driveway.

Great Service once I spoke to the right person
When I rang them Monday to report an issue I had to chase on the Weds but the Customer care I received from Jo made up for the non phonecall and Engineer(Gareth- 5 Stars) came out to me today(Fri) and fixed the issue I had with the Garage Door. Had to drop a star due to the call I made on the Monday and having to chase.

After appointment was booked they telephoned the day before to confirm when they would be arriving.
