The car was meant to be repaired under warranty from the last garage to work on it which was an AA approved garage, you took two weeks deciding on whether the car should have been repaired under the warranty, so I gave up and paid the bill myself as I needed the car for my new job over 300 miles from home, and you wouldn’t offer me a courtesy car while my car was in a the garage that you took it to.

I booked a bike MOT and service through your website. You guys booked me with a garage that didn't even work on bikes. I only found that out when I arrived at the garage. Also, to make up for this, you re-booked me in for an MOT but no service (which i didn't want). And to top it all off, the new garage that I got booked into was 1 hour away from my house. All of that for the MOT to fail and the garage refuse to fix any of the issues. Overall, a terrible process and I will never use again.

Travis was brilliant, plugged in his computer which confirmed my suspicions but that’s when Travis went above and beyond.

He then jacked up and check the part which was broken but then did a temporary fix until I could get a proper fix sorted which Travis explained the AA couldn’t get the part so I would have to go direct.

Mechanic on time. Very friendly and professional. A really nice fella. I asked for front and rear brake to be done he pointed out the fronts were ok so he didn't carry out what would have been unnecessary work and so I'm due a refund.

Cant argue with that.

The car was very late being collected for major service and MOT. I asked for drivers light to be sorted as wasn’t working and when it came back had no headlights at all and it had passed, was told they don’t do bulbs and I just needed to take it to Halfords they would do it. Phoned the AA Smart care to complain as don’t understand how your car passes without a light. They said as it was 5 OClock they would need to speak to an engineer as I was concerned what else had been overlooked on the major service and wanted to delay the payment. Was promised a call the following morning and now 5 days later still haven’t had a call and had to take the car elsewhere to be checked and get the lights done as wouldn’t have been able to drive it. Wouldn’t use this service again.

AA smart care service promised car would be collected in the morning and returned between 4-6pm, and that I would be kept up to date on the progress of the service.
I was not kept updated and car was not returned until 8.30pm, only after multiple calls to chase.

The product was sold to me as if it would solve my issues with my car. It DIDN’T. It did absolutely nothing and cost me nearly £300. Absolutely a complete waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

Poor communication, changes not properly communicated, had to make too many phone calls, however once I am through to an AA employee, they were helpful & apologised for the mistakes. At the end of the service, I didn't have any idea whether it was serviced or not. I had to make three phone calls, two to two of the garages who apparent did MOT at one & service in another & I had to get their numbers from the internet, & then came to know that, yes, the service was done & AA would provide me the service report!! Frankly, there was definitely lack of communication on a huge scale!! Very disappointed because of that but not with the AA people who tried their best to sort the problems out & very polite & helpful.

I had no problems

Never ever again, appalling service from both the garage and the customer care team. EML came on within minutes of being returned from a service, paid two more bills to have this ‘investigated’ yet no one is able to tell me what went wrong, what was done, no record of any investigation. If you value your car stay away from this network.

Slightly disappointed when booking as was not given an option to book a time slot for the MOT. I did however leave a comment to say could I have a booking time of first thing around 0830. Did get a time booked for Midday. Will let you decide if there any good. Thanks AA for waisting a day 👍
