Great service. Car was picked up and returned in the time slots they suggested.

AA process was very good and no issues there - however the garage was not very helpful & communication lacking.

It was nothing but trouble from start to finish. I wish i have just gone direct with the garage to book my service and MOT. Having to keep trying to get through to the AA was so much for a hassle :(

MOT test service asked me 3 tyres and around £650 replacement cost, when i check MOT refusal form there is only two tyres had a problem and i changed by Kwit Fit £215 With Bridgestone Tyres. It disturbed me what if i accept such big amount.

Booked the full service, great mechanic - really helpful but absolutely no report received. The link doesn’t work and so the chat bot said it would be sent to my email, still waiting! Whole point was to get this before my MOT due this Wednesday

Horrible company a bunch of fraudsters with a system full of glitches .

Executives don't know what they are talking about.I simply declined the request for any additional charge , the second request asking for another 51 pounds.
I went to the garage and took my vechicle , still they charged me for the additional money.

I went for MOT and they said something is wrong on the MOT and they need circa 53 pound to investigate it which I approved.
After they send me another request asking for another 51 pound which I refused and went to collect my vehicle.

Still the final invoice shows both the charges

person was friendly and informative, very good service seemed to go quickly and had a good report of my cars statues, also very good price.

I booked for brake discs and pads to be replaced by mobile mechanic. It was very easy to book, price was reasonable and made my life easy because they came to us. Service provided by the mechanic was great too.

If I could leave no stars this still wouldn’t be a poor enough choice. I paid for a major van service at home the mechanic came didn’t change filters didn’t take it for a test drive I can’t get though to a complaints department as the lady on the phone says they don’t have a number ? Paid well over the odds for a poor service would not recommend the aa . I have dash cam footage and a fake vehicle report as proof but they refuse to contact me this has been going on for over 16 weeks please do not use the aa like I say no contact no refund absolutely disgusting customer service

The mot test center were very good with fitting me in quickly and carrying out my test

When I arrived at the booked date and time (18.9.26 at 11 am), as confirmed by your email messages the garage informed me that no booking had been made.

I wasted time and money.

Please explain!

Honest service with great communication. Reliable friendly

The car was meant to be repaired under warranty from the last garage to work on it which was an AA approved garage, you took two weeks deciding on whether the car should have been repaired under the warranty, so I gave up and paid the bill myself as I needed the car for my new job over 300 miles from home, and you wouldn’t offer me a courtesy car while my car was in a the garage that you took it to.

You would rather stick to your local garage
There was no service as advertised

Very professional, a little late arriving, but a first class job done. I will use them again
