Reliable
Even when the staff was not present at the scheduled time, I called service support and they came back to me to ensure I was attended. After a short time I got contacted by cleaner staff, they arrived, started working and left everything in a very good condition after a satisfactory job.

Great Customer Service
The customer service is great, very responsive. However, the cleaning person might not necessarily be English speaking. But the cleaning person’s work was good nonetheless.

I just wanted to say a very big thank you for providing a very excellent cleaner to clean our apartment. Max, was able to not only removed the tough stains on the floor but also clean up the kitchen oven very well. I’m truly very satisfied with the work. He was efficient and punctual and managed to get the job done lesser than the expected hours booked.

My expectations were met with the cleanliness. The rep was timely ready. She asked me to check in parts to ensure ever is met. She didn’t know to get the products which I mentioned rest all was superb

The cleaner was on time, spoke English and did a great job
The cleaner was on time, did a great job, and went the extra mile, by really ensuring he did a good and thorough clean. I also likes that I could pay via credit card, and that the cleaner spoke English.

Cleaner did not come the first…
Cleaner did not come the first appointment and had to wait 2,5 hours to learn the cleaner went to the wrong address and can only come 3,5 hours later than what was scheduled so we rescheduled. The second appointment the cleaner was 30min late and also did not bring cleaning supplies as requested. Since this is a recurring service I am hoping I can improve this rating in the future, but for the first cleaning I was not impressed.

I asked for steam deep cleaning but was disappointed I just had 2 cleaners who just did normal cleaning and I had to tell them to make sure the area was vaccumed cleaned not a professional company in my opinion.

First they tried to increase the amount…
First they tried to increase the amount of cleaning time required even thou I told them that my apartment gets cleaned every two weeks and no cleaner has taken more than 1.5 hours to clean it, and even though I was ready to pay for 2 hours, they sent an email asking to increase the time. Then after everything was confirmed and money paid, they cancelled the appointment. Very unprofessional
