The inside of the oven was cleaned well. There was poor communication with the person cleaning the oven on the day.

Dean was polite and professional
Dean was polite and professional, explained what was happening. Went on to clean the carpets and managed to get the stains out which was unexpected as it was dried rust from some old ladders!

5* oven cleaning and great communication
I was most impressed with the service that Connor from Vapor Clean gave. We had 3 ovens, hobs and extractor hoods cleaned and he did a fantastic job. Connor arrived at the beginning of the given 1/2 hr window. He worked efficiently and cleanly in 3 properties, covering all areas around which he was working. He highlighted any problems straightaway and worked to try to solve them. A very friendly young man who also has great communication skills. Our ovens, trays, racks, hobs and extractor hoods were left looking brilliantly clean. The products used didn't have any strong, toxic smell and this was why we chose Vapor Clean to do the work. We are so happy. Thank you so much Connor and Vapor Clean. I would highly recommend you.

I had Ross visit to repair a carpet burn and I can't recommend him enough. He was punctual, communicated well prior to his visit and managed expectations brilliantly.

Sam was polite and friendly and my oven was a bit better.
The shower room was not cleaned very well, so I’ll be calling the office to have it rectified. The extractor hood looks the same as before.

Following your feedback, we contacted you and arranged for our technician to return to rectify the areas that had been missed. We sincerely apologise that the initial clean did not meet our usual standards, and we're pleased we were able to resolve the other concerns for you.
As discussed during the revisit, we are unable to use customers' own cleaning products. As part of our company values, we are committed to protecting the environment and therefore only use our own eco-friendly cleaning solutions.
Regarding the extractor hood, unfortunately the filters had sustained damage prior to our visit. It appeared that harsh vinegar-based cleaning products had previously been used, which can cause discolouration and damage to extractor hood filters. Unfortunately, this is not something our cleaning process can reverse.
