I was happy with the work done by the person from Spic and Span. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars because the work was not done in one day. I requested to send two persons and only one person came as the other one was met with and accident but still I guess they should have managed to send two persons so that the entire work should be completed in one day itself

I had got the moving out cleaners and…
I had got the moving out cleaners and explained areas that needing cleaned bathroom toilet shower kitchen, windows as my landlord had pointed them out.
The windows looked really good.
The fridge was cleaned but the oven never got cleaned. Cleaner said he spent an hour in the shower but there was still loads of marks and stains and my landlord is now charging me another €200 to get this cleaned.

Quite slow and didn’t give a good estimate of how much total time cleaning can take.
I originally made the booking for 3.5 hours but ended up paying for 9 (2.5 times more really)

I don’t like to leave negative reviews
I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but I felt I needed to warn off the larger community about this company. This was a very unprofessional service. They advertised themselves as a full service move-in or move-out specialty, but they did a very poor job cleaning and it took them 19 hours to do that! They charged an arm and a leg, so I was under the impression this would make the house ready for our PCS. Not only did we have to clean again after they left, they also created quite a bit of trash and left it in the garage. I then had to hire a service to pick up and dispose of the trash. This service made our PCS more stressful, took extra time on our part, and left us with a bitter taste in our mouths. I recommend you clean yourself or hire a different company. Zero stars from us!

I'm satisfied with the cleaning, with few issues
I'm satisfied with the cleaning done by both the people, no complaints about that. However, I have few issues.
I had requested for cleaning solvents from the company. The guy who was supposed to bring those came an hour late, till then the lady was using solvents provided by me. The solvent that the guy brought was only one and didn't definitely cost him 9,90€.
Another issue was, I had requested for steam cleaning, because the surface on top of kitchen cabinet was oily and sticky. The guy didn't even know about steam cleaning request, he cleaned everything manually, which definitely took longer.
I had requested carpet cleaning, what I had expected was a specialized carpet Cleaning material, but they just vaccumed the carpet. This wasn't clearly mentioned in the services.
For dusting on the top of cupboards in the bedroom, the lady started using my lint remover machine, which I was weird for me.
My apartment was cleaned very nicely, but the work could have been done bit faster, in my opinion. We had to cancel cleaning of some items, because the time taken already had exceeded way beyond what we had expected.

It was cleaned nicely
It was cleaned nicely , but 4 hours to clean 7 windows for a person is a bit too steep. And I only realized a week into it , that they scratched my windows with steel wool, so it is a permanent damage.

First I want to start with the positive. What was cleaned was cleaned fairly well. Not to the level I paid for, but cleaned well. Unfortunately the cleaning team arrived an hour late and left early and only cleaned two rooms and a hallway of my house. If they had arrived on time and stayed for the time that I ended up paying for I believe they could have gotten a lot more done. Lastly my main issue. The cleaners left my back door open when they left (assuming to air the place out) and my cat got out and ran away. I cannot think of any excuse for this and is a very unfortunate situation.

Great experience!
The person that came to clean our house had great communication with us and he did a beautiful job of cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. He also had a pleasant attitude and seemed to enjoy his job.
We got charged extra for living a bit outside the city which made the cost of the cleaning more pricey. All in all we were very happy with our experience.
