Easy to book and High quality
Easy to book and the two cleaners came on time and left on time. They did a really good job cleaning all the appartment, and I could notice a difference from the before and after. And they work on Sunday!

I first tried to use CityHilfer and they called me the morning of my appointment trying to change the time and sent confusing WhatsApp messages. I canceled and am glad I went with this company instead.

Good and bad
At first, I thought their service was good, but overall I was disappointed. I specifically asked and booked services that included limescale removal and other detailed requests, and it did not seem like the cleaners were informed or prepared for those tasks. This makes me question whether the company properly communicates job details to their staff.
I also requested two cleaners, but the service did not feel like a professional move-out deep clean. The job was just okay, and I was expecting a higher standard considering the price. For a move-out cleaning, I expected more professional tools, products, and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, my move-out inspection did not go well. I was told the property still needed additional cleaning, and even the inspection feedback stated that the cleaning job was not done properly.
That said, I do not want to take away from the cleaners’ effort. They clearly worked hard and tried their best. I believe the issue is more with training, preparation, and communication from the company rather than the cleaners themselves.
