I am happy they were able to accommodate an extremely last-minute request, however the guy who came to clean was very very slow and even the few things he did accomplish were done poorly. I believe he had good intentions, but just not the right job for the guy and not the right guy for the job. You can find twice the service for half the price elsewhere.

Disappointed with the deep cleaning, but good customer service
I had expected more from the deep cleaning service, especially after paying for tool usage. The cleaner seemed underprepared and did not prioritize the area we specifically requested. However, customer support was responsive and provided a partial refund, which I appreciated. In the end, while the cleaning itself didn’t meet expectations, the support team handled the issue fairly.

Does not provide what is advertised
Spic and Span advertised Sunday as an option for appointments and waited until a few days before the scheduled appointment to inform me that the company doesn’t work in Sundays. I reworked my schedule and changed the appointment to an earlier hour on Fridays. They moved it to Friday but did not change the start hour. I also asked for two cleaners and they only scheduled one. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars instead of just 2 is that when you email them, someone is quick to respond.

Totally unreliable
Totally unreliable. Have used them a few times now and on three occasions the cleaners just don't turn up. This time I had booked for an end of tenancy clean so emphasised that I needed someone reliable, but of course they have not turned up. I now need to clean the apartment in addition to packing, which of course won't be of a professional standard. No doubt this will be reflected in the return of my deposit. Never again.

We did our best to accommodate your request; however, the provider informed us that an emergency occurred with their cleaner, making it impossible to carry out the service on the date you selected.
We had an alternative cleaning company available, but we completely understand that, given the urgency of the situation, you were unable to wait any longer.

I asked for a cleaning service and to bring all the necessary items for it and they brought none.
The balcony was ok cleaned afterwards, not great.
Afterwards one of my neighbours complained that they were emptying the water bucket out the balcony

Very average cleaning
Unfortunately, my experience was bad. I hired 2 cleaners and only one person showed up on the day. The cleaning was very, very below my expectations. There was gross stains in a lot of places, the mopping I am not certain if happened, the communication wasn’t great either. Also, at the end I was charged for 12 hours of work but the person only worked 10.

Cleaning service had several issues
Cleaning service had several issues.
1. I had ordered for 2 people for 2 hours each. However, 3 people showed at my door step and mentioned that all of them need to be paid.
2. Without even taking a look at the house, Ajay(who was the supervisor) said kitchen will take 3 hours. When I expressed my surprise, he said then they would not clean and just leave. This was even before they had inspected the house or had started cleaning.
3. Since we were moving out, the house was empty. 14 hours for an empty house is unacceptable when the house was in good condition.
4. The people were very inefficient. Nothing was done until about 12pm until I started pushing them to do it faster since I had to handover the keys in couple of hours.
5. They just knew that I don't have any other option in that last moment and took advantage of that situation.
6. They stretched until the hausverwaltung company was at my place to take the keys and then forced me to email that I need a bill for 14 hours.
7. Ajay was also asking me to give him a 5 star rating to which I denied.
I find this behavior highly unprofessional and exploitative, especially given the time-sensitive nature of the house handover, and I strongly urge you to at least refund the overcharged amount for the third cleaner who was neither agreed upon nor authorized in advance.
