Very disappointing experience. They never confirmed the appointment properly, and no one showed up on the scheduled day. Poor communication and completely unreliable service. I do not recommend them.

Our sincerest apologies that the cleaner did not attend. The service provider informed us that there was a misunderstanding regarding the address. They immediately contacted the main telephone number to inform that the cleaner was on the way to the correct address, but unfortunately, this was not accepted.
We would like to clarify that the appointment was confirmed via email in two ways: first, with an automatic message sent to the email used during the booking, and second, with a follow-up communication.

The cleaner cancelled my booking last…
The cleaner cancelled my booking last minute. And the new cleaner came next day with no equipment I ordered while booking. Cleaner did a good job but unfortunately he didn’t have right equipment’s to do it professionally. I’m not satisfied fully with the cleaning. I don’t think I’ll book with them again.

Reliable Cleaning Service with Room for More Consistency
I’ve been using Spic and Span’s home cleaning service in Germany and overall, I’m quite pleased. The platform itself is simple...maybe a touch too simple, as I'd love to see more features like knowing who my cleaner will be in advance. That would add a nice personal touch.
On the plus side, the customer service is outstanding ... definitely a full 5 stars there. They’re fast, responsive, and really accommodating, especially when I had a bunch of questions during the first few weeks.
The main downside is that the cleaner changes every time, which makes the quality a bit inconsistent, some weeks it’s fantastic, some weeks it’s just okay. It would be nice to have a bit more stability in that sense. Also, it is a bit on the pricey side for a service that’s so digitally streamlined... I pay around €87 for three hours every two weeks. I’d hoped the digital aspect might make it a bit more affordable.
In summary, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re okay with a little variability and a slightly higher price. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5.

I would expect the company would train the stuff about how to use the equipment ( like, how to use different cleaning products for different purposes) and basic cleaning standard ( like, while clean the shower, make sure the water doesn't flood the whole bathroom..etc.) before sending them to work in people's places.

Absolutely awful experience with Spic and Span. The cleaner not only lied about the hours worked but also damaged my parquet floor with an ugly stain. Instead of taking responsibility, their so-called “customer service” accused me of making it up, showing zero professionalism or willingness to resolve the issue. The level of disrespect and incompetence is shocking. Save yourself the headache and stay far away — there are countless better cleaning companies out there that actually care about their customers.

Cleaner was complaining all the time that he cannot cover the whole house.
We did not ask him to clean the whole house.
There were many corners and places where he did not clean. Also arrived 30 minutes late.

The staff were very nice
The staff were very nice, I had requested three hours but they did two which was fine, not everything was done that I asked for and I had to go over a few things afterwards (like wiping the surfaces) but the cleaner worked non-stop for the two hours, so I think if they had done three in the end everything would have been done perfectly. Would use them again.
