The person send here was not aware of how to make a bed and clean an oven. Seems like pretty basic stuff to know if one works for a cleaning company. I asked for the balcony to be cleaned too, and this was not done at all. I believe a bit more training for the employees (including time management) would be helpful.

Despite me putting I have a friendly dog and cat on the order, you sent me cleansers who are terrified of cats. Not just uneasy but absolutely terrified of cats. You probably should send those cleaners to houses that don't have animals. I was expecting one cleaner for 6 hours and instead I got 2 for 4 hours which changed my price. They did a good job overall. I needed to get my car inspection so I needed to leave soon after they go here. Having the cleaner for the amount of time specified would have saved me from receiving calls on the way back.

I do not recommend. It is my fault that I did not come here and read reviews first. They sent a person who clearly had never cleaned a home before. He was totally confused and the experience was awful. I told him to clean the kitchen and bathroom and I would do the rest. As others here write, this service is not good and do not hire them.

The cleaner (Emanuel) arrived on time and was always very pleasant and polite.
I live in an old but well kept house, but was having some difficulty in leaving the bathroom fully spotless, and the oven had still stains that I was not able to remove on my own.
With the cleaner's work, the bathroom was left pretty much emaculate and with a nice aroma, and the oven looks like almost new now!
In the future, I shall again request SPIC and SPAN services.

I booked a deep cleaning service for an apartment handover, but the cleaners sent to the job were unprofessional. Despite booking two cleaners for 3.5 hours, the quality and thoroughness of the work was unacceptable. The windows and oven cleaning were left incomplete. I provided feedback to SPIC AND SPAN after the service, but there was no follow-up or response. This experience was disappointing.

If a proper deep clean service cannot be provided, then it should not have been marketed with higher price service tier on the website in the first place nor even exist as a service. The main goal for people who book deep clean service is mostly due to higher standard required or tight timeline.
The fact that the price charged were then adjusted to general cleaning hourly charge and a small discount (which I have not yet agreed to since there was no feedback on email) does not compensate the level of frustration and inconvenience caused.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS – Unreliable, Dishonest, and a Complete Nightmare. Would give zero stars if I could!

If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not use this cleaning service. We booked them for an end-of-tenancy clean, trusting them to do the job we paid for and relied on to meet our tenancy agreement. What followed was an absolute disgrace.

They left us waiting for three days with endless cancellations, empty promises, and outright lies about when (or if) they would show up. Every time we were assured they’d be there, they canceled at the last minute with no alternative solutions. Trying to speak to their staff or the cleaners was a joke – zero accountability, zero communication, and zero professionalism.

Thanks to their incompetence, we were left scrambling at the last second with no other options, ultimately breaching our tenancy agreement and having to pay a fine. Not once did they take responsibility or offer a real resolution. Their attitude? Completely blasé – as if our situation didn’t matter at all.

This company is a huge risk. If you want to spend days stressed, out of pocket, and dealing with a business that doesn’t care, go ahead. Otherwise, steer clear and find a service that actually delivers what they promise.

We ordered the deep cleaning service for our apartment but it was barely deep, only the calc removal was and windows were clean properly otherwise we needed to clean everything else again by ourselves.

The cleaners did not perform any task successfully. We booked 4 cleaners for 3.5 hours to clean our apartment of 90m2. They asked us to extend their stay to 5 hours and we paid 750 EURO. Everything was still dirty. They did not even clean surfaces that they were obviously dirty. We should say that this was a really horrible service.

I've used spicandspan a few times now. Every time they've sent someone who clearly has no experience cleaning. One time the guy almost gassed himself with bleach and ended up needing to rest on the sofa - time I was still charged for.

The most recent time I paid over 400 euros for a "deep" clean, and the floors weren't even mopped, stairs not vacuumed, and huge stains left on the tiles. I think either they don't know how to clean, or they were bone idle.

Never had a good experience with spicandspan.

Our service is performed by Katie and she continues to impress us with her attention to detail and willingness to kelp with just about everything we have asked her to help with. She is the first cleaning lady we don't have to come behind and do things they were supposed to do.

Oreter three times. First time all went well; second time one oerson of the same team and a new one. Fir the new one, no training, no quality. The resukt: too many hours and we had to clean partially the apartment again.
Thirds time, one person if the furstcteam, new one. arrived late one hour, tool double time. Beds were not adequately done (we had to do them all again), and booked our mop.
Customer service replies fast but basically charge more without checking what is going on.

Not recommended at all. Too expensive, extremely variable quality. Never again.

The window cleaning itself was good. There were two guys - a trainee and a supervisor. The trainee did a better job than the supervisor. All good. Just Before leaving, the supervisor wanted to use the toilet which was fine with me. After they left, when I went to the toilet, he had urinated all over the floor and the toilet seat. This is disgusting.
I would have ranked the cleaning higher if not for dirtying my bathroom.
