Inconsistent service - cleaner not thorough
This is the 2nd time we got Spic and SPan cleaning done for the apartment in Munich. The first one used a different email address. The cleaner didn't come with gloves, we gave her a couple. Unfortunately, was not thorough - she didn't empty the bathroom trash and put her dirty gloves along with the cleaning clothes that were used to clean to be washed instead of disposing off the gloves in the trash.

I thought it would be a cleaning team…
I thought it would be a cleaning team for a close out. It was only one person. The cleaner kept telling me that I would be charged for one additional hour since he had to come from a distance. There was nothing on the website about this and I didn’t think was true. It was not true. The cleaner announced that he was done and he hadn’t even cleaned two out of the 3.5 bathrooms yet. I asked him to stay another hour. He kept cleaning with dirty water and dirty rags. I went behind him and cleaned the stovetop and the sink.

Didn't work...
We've really been looking for a cleaners for iur hectic schedule. The first cleaner to show up did a good job but we were confused about payment after deposit so she asked for cash. We later found out the rest of the money comes from my account. We were upset but we were refunded for the online payment at least and we decided to give the service another try.
The next time, the cleaner messaged to tell us he would be late which was courteous but he would be over an hour late and we needed to leave for an appointment so we had to cancel.
We tried one last time and our cleaner simply just didn't show up. We really tried but after 3 attempts we will need to find another company.

i booked a deep cleaning for 3 hours. but the lady came over just for 2 hours cleaning with normal clean. but the platform still charged me 3 hours deep cleaning. and i opened a case to complain, the platform never replied to me. if the platform is not care about its reputation, i have no reason to use this platform again.

Good, but not perfect
In general everything was fine, but the main thing I asked to do was to clean the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen well. Some of the boxes still haven't been cleaned.

Missing tools, unprofessional and inefficient service
The cleaner didn’t bring the products/services I purchased, namely vacuum cleaner, solvent, and mop. The cleaner was extremely slow and inefficient. The cleaner used my towel to clean my bathroom without my permission. The cleaner was unprofessional to put it politely. The result after two hours of work in my six square meter bathroom left uncleaned top of cabinet, uncleared floor underneath cabinet, among other uncleaned areas. The result was extremely unsatisfying.

Firstly, we apologize for the cleaner arriving without the equipment (vacuum cleaner, solvent, and mop). This is unacceptable, and we will investigate with the service provider why this occurred to ensure it does not happen again.
Secondly, we are very sorry to hear about the cleaner’s behavior. Such conduct falls far below the standards we expect from our service providers.

The cleaning staffs came 30mins late without any notice and left earlier, not letting us know in advance. He didn't stay at home during the contracted hours.
