Cleaners always late
I've been using Spic and Span service for a while. I can say that the cleaners are always late, and there's a possibility that the cleaner might not come at all.
Overall if you really do not know German then this service is okay to use. The cleaners do their cleaning properly - dusting, moping, limescale removal, windows. All okay.

Convenient & Reliable
We had a good experience with Spic & Span. The cleaner called ahead to let us know he would be 30 minutes late, which we appreciated. While he worked a bit slowly, he was thorough and detailed, completing everything we had included in our checklist. Unfortunately, we only remembered on the day of the cleaning that we wanted the cellar vacuumed, but it was too late to add it which would help us out a lot.
The communication with Spic & Span was smooth and straightforward. It’s an excellent choice for English speakers, with clear options and great flexibility. I also really like that you can easily add cleaning materials if needed and that they offer Deep Clean services—something I haven’t seen with other platforms.
Overall, a convenient and reliable service we’d use again!

I work odd hours and shift between…
I work odd hours and shift between early and late shifts... so it's hard for me to schedule things. So once I booked my first cleaning I was excited! Only to wait an hour with no cleaner showing up for the set schedule. Once I got to rebook they offered me 10% discount which is nice of them. When my second cleaner made contact with me via text he first didn't event introduce himself so I was a bit surprised, but Daniel was a lovely man. He came and cleaned only my bathroom and bedroom as I only could permit 2 hours. Hopefully if I book this service again, that I'll have more time to have a full cleaning. Thanks :)

The apartment looks clean and refreshed :) The staff is very nice. However, it would be helpful to provide some instructions before the cleaning. For example, the team accidentally destroyed a 1,000-piece puzzle while cleaning thoroughly. Now we’ll have to put it back together again :D

BIG PROBLEMS !
Cleaner’s Performance: The cleaner, who was paid for 3.5 hours of work, left after just two hours without completing the assigned tasks. One room was not cleaned at all, and I have camera footage to substantiate this claim.
Safety and Security Concerns: The key to my facility has still not been returned. This is a serious security issue, leaving me feeling unsafe and questioning the reliability of your services.
Lack of Communication: Your company does not provide a phone number for emergencies, making it nearly impossible to resolve urgent issues in a timely manner.
Operational Failures: Missed appointments and poor cleaning standards have been recurring problems. Additionally, your inability to provide a VAT invoice raises further concerns about the professionalism and accountability of your company.
These persistent issues reflect significant internal problems within your organization, and I strongly urge you to take immediate steps to address them. If the key is not returned and the outstanding concerns are not resolved promptly, I will be forced to discontinue my services with your company and consider further action.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will serve as a wake-up call to improve your operations. However, I also feel compelled to warn others about the substantial challenges I have faced, as no customer should have to deal with such consistent failures.

Cleaning was great and the person who came was very nice and professional. The company had initially failed to provide the products we requested (and paid around 10€ for). We called them and they eventually came around and brought them. Everything else, great.
