I paid for two cleaners equally but one of them turned out to be inexperienced cleaner
I paid for two cleaners, one of them turned out to be inexperienced and not efficient and only other one was good. When I pay such high price for both people, I expect both to be equally efficient.
Overall, I didn't get the deep cleaning I have paid for(37.5euros/hr). I thought it would be too much for one cleaner to work for 6 hours and hence booked for 2 cleaners , 3 hours each. But now I think I should I have booked 1 cleaner for longer time.

Please dont take this as much of a complain, rather as a feedback.
I just wanted to share my experience, the cleaning itself was ok, I dont think they did not do a good job. However I ordered the "deep cleaning" job to get rid of the limescale marks in the bathroom which were not remove because apparently non of my cleaning solvents (of which I provided 1 kinds) was good enough for that - I would say that if this is so specific, maybe it should be provided or highlighted somewhere. I had to remind and show some areas that were missed and there are some areas the were left dusty that I found out only after the cleaners left. There was also one scratch on the floor which I did not notice before, but I cannot prove that this was done during the cleaning or not.
All in all, it was ok cleaning, but for the given price I would expect a bit more to be done in given time.
Paid fully of course, but wont order again and would not recommend. I think 3/5 sums it up quite well.
You are advertising the English speaking services, but the two gentlemen who cleaned our place did not speak well English, luckily I get by with German.

No service at all
I was notified of the change of date or cancellation at 10 o'clock, one hour after the scheduled cleaning at 9 o'clock. I don't know what the deposit means? Users need to pay in advance and notify the change within 48 hours. What about you? You can waste the user's time?

Good and efficient workers, but not the best communication
The workers are respectful, kind, and competent. They work fast and don't take advantage of the time. I was pleased with the results.
There seems to be a disconnect between the people who process your orders, and the actual cleaners. I had special requests, but the workers were not informed of them, and therefore did not come equipped to take care of them. So, I still have limescale in my toilet, but at least it is clean, as well as the rest of my apartment.

Deep cleaning service is 10 eur more…
Deep cleaning service is 10 eur more expensive but to be honest I don't understand why. We got a random guy showing up, asking what he should do. He was not more efficient than us, basically a random dude helping us with house chores. He was unable to estimate his work and did only half of what he said he would. I also wouldn't call the result deep cleaned or maybe I should change my profession as I find it cleaner when I do it. Lost time and money. The guy was nice at least. It was super expensive.

The cleaners never showed for my…
The cleaners never showed for my initial appointment and then when they rescheduled it was beyond time of the event I scheduled the cleaning for. Then when the cleaner showed up is was not what i ordered (one 1 cleaner showed up and I had ordered 3) but i was still billed for 3 and am currently contesting the bill

My cleaners didn't show up the first time. That was pretty infuriating, but not unusual when ordering from a marketplace. But Spic And Span went a long way in making sure I was able to get another appointment scheduled within my time constraints and ultimately got things sorted out with another cleaning company. I have nothing but appreciation for Spic and Span!

It was decent work, not excellent ir exceeding expectations. Some of the floor was not vacuumed or mopped as they did not move the suitcases (were empty). Had to ask for wet to dry for desk, bedside
