Mr. Gumbo's excellent services!
Mr. Gumbo did an extremely professional and spotless cleaning of all areas of the apartment and patio (balcony), especially for the windows and doors. Will absolutely hire them again on a regular basis. Also, perfect team for non-Germans who need someone to communicate in English while located in Hamburg.

Mediocre service, disappointed!
The cleaning guys came 20 minutes late, but still left on the original time without compensating the lost duration. They also did not seem very serious in doing their job. One of them asked for my key, which felt really strange. The cleaners did not seem very reliable.
The cleaning that is done is mediocre, especially given the amount of bill. The cleaners did not even bother to redo the bed with clean sheets after laundry, they just put them on the bed and leave the work for me to do.
Also, the final price was 20Euros more than what was shown as estimated, which is not cool.
I am a bit disappointed with the experience.

I am extremely disappointed with spic and span I had an appointment scheduled with them, and they never showed up. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no communication—no call, no text, no email to explain why they didn’t arrive or to reschedule. I wasted my entire day waiting for them. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won’t be using their services again. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their time or expects reliable service.

Not much impressed with the cleaning services. Washroom cleaning was ok but house cleaning wise not at all satisfied. Not worth for the money.

The cleaner went to the wrong address…
The cleaner went to the wrong address and then blamed me for it and refused to come to the right address afterall. Spic and Span still charged me 75€ for „late cancellation“ and won’t give me my money back. Never again!

We have reviewed the case once again and discovered there was a confusion regarding the city name. You entered the correct postal code, but the city name in the booking was incorrect. As a result, the cleaner went to the wrong location. This was an unfortunate situation and a poor judgment call on the service provider’s part. We apologize for the misunderstanding and regret that you were unable to receive the cleaning service that day.
As previously informed, we have processed your refund. The funds should appear in your account within 5 working days.
i like that they're friendly,in cleaning some are ok like the windows and floor, but molds in the bathroom were not removed

Awful service - Would not recommend!
Ordered a deep clean for 9am Saturday morning and had nobody turn up. Waited until 9:30am just incase to ring and only to be told to wait another 20/25 minutes before being told the cleaner had cancelled. I didn't receive any email or phone call to warn me of this and had to spend my time chasing up the company to find this out otherwise I'd of sat around all day without any clue. Appalling service and all I got was to be told "I understand this isn't ideal". Would NOT recommend at all.

Cleaners never arrived
Made an appointment, was reached via email to provide more detail, everything was confirmed... and then the cleaners never showed up. I waited an hour and then emailed spic&span who told me that the cleaners had something come up and couldn't come. That's alright, but they didn't find an alternative and never let me know. Customer support is helpful but ultimately I spent time and money on an appointment which was never realized. Pity.

Didn't meet expectations
The cleaning service didn't meet my expectations.
I specially selected the Move-In/-Out Cleaning so that the apartment is properly cleaned as I was moving out.
The services I selected like Mold removal, Oven cleaning were not done.
The kitchen cupboards were cleaned but other furniture were not cleaned at all.
I had to clean the furniture and the apartment again myself as the apartment was not in a condition to do handover to the landlord.
