I didn’t get my till now every day they updating on tracking delivery failed, the funny thing is I didn’t get a call from shipa delivery team till now am waiting for my patcel. Worst service..

To all, please avoid this company for any courier services. Horrible customer service support, very hard to reach them and they will only reply to you or answer your call if they feel to, super delayed delivery and charges more than normal specially on duties and taxes, again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go with SMSA, DHL. THIS GUYS SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS KIND OF BUSINESS IN THE 1ST PLACE.

The customer support was the worst
The customer support was the worst. I contacted them for details about the taxes and customs I needed to pay. The amount they told me to pay was completely different from what I should have paid according to regulations. When I asked for an explanation, they stopped responding to me. Now I'm completely skeptical about whether the amount they charged me is correct or not.

Utmost disapointment
Utmost disapointment, I am a tourist in Makkah, my Mom phone stoped working and bought a phone online. Chose Shipa delivery. Uhhh regret dealing with them. Will check, will see, will try. Lies and lies. Its not Ok wAllahi to behave like this. I have to stay in hotel and wait for your package that you lied that it will arrive next day. P.S. Yesturday waited all day long for the package, they told me they work till 21:00. Imagine the courier never came never called, wrote in status that I was unreachable. Disaster, cheating lying company. I was online checking his location all day long. Oh my time, how I regret ever ordering something in saudi arabia. I feel sick.

Possibly the worst courier company i have ever dealt with. Ordered from Nike and they chose Shipa to deliver the shoes for my kids.
First delivery was out on the 7th Feb. Driver requested my national address so i sent it. Never turned up and tracker said i didn't answer the phone. Never received any calls. Second delivery 8th Feb. Same thing....sent my national address and didn't turn up. Called on Friday to find out where my parcel was and they informed me it will be 100% delivered on Sat. Sat received a message from delivery driver requesting national address and to share my location. I gave both and waited for the delivery. Nothing turned up. Called Nike to complain and called Shipa and they informed me the parcel wasn't even at their sorting office.
Shambolic customer service and i company i will never ever use again.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. They didn't not deliver my item at all just because of their lies that I had given a wrong phone number. Even many times I called the customer service of the company I ordered the item and then confirmed my phone number was correct. They have a very bad services. They will never care even it's urgent. Negative zero is not even deserving to give in this company.

I SCHEDULED FOR A PICK UP ON THE 24TH OF NOVEMBER. ITS 29TH OF NOVEMBER ALREADY AND STILL NOBODY PICK IT UP. I DONT CARE IF THEY TELL ME THAT THEY WILL PICK IT UP IN 5 DAYS BUT TELLING YOU ON THE PHONE THAT THAT IT SCHEDULED TO BE PICK UP THAT DAY IS WHAT IS ANNOYING AND DISRESPECT OF YOUR CUSTOMER SCHEDULE AND TIME. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!
