Shiseido used this delivery and said 1…

I’m really disappointed with this service. Shiseido stated that delivery would only take 1 day, but it has already been a week and I still haven’t received my parcel.
What’s even more frustrating is that the tracking status says “delivery failed – cannot contact recipient.” Nobody even called or contacted me at all.
I’ve already raised this issue to their helpline three times, yet until now it remains unresolved. This kind of service is unacceptable and extremely inconvenient for customers.

Shipa delivery company? The worst of all delivery company out there, no words , had the badest experience, i have contacted them regarding my order from trendyol , everytime the response was , ( we will get back to you after checking whats taking it so long ) . The delivery date was march 2 and today its 14/03/26 , till now there team hasn’t contacted me , not delivered my product, whenever i track my order, it is in the delivery centre, when i ask the shipa team about it , they dont even have an answer for it. i think The staffs from shipa itself dont know whats going on there ,
Customer service is really bad ,
If they dont know whats going on in there company and whats the delay for all orders , and even dont know how to respond to a customer with a proper answer or contact the customers and give a real reason for delay , then why are you running a delivery company???? I dont get it , at some point i started thinking , is shipa a real company or is it fake??? Because am the one who contacted them everyday and still no answers .

To every customers out there , if you have any orders delivery from SHIPA DELIVERY COMPANY , its better if u forget it or expect the delivery after 20 days or more from the real delivery date mentioned !!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻

They deserve less than zero

I wish there was a zero for this organisation. Its a shame some big brands are using their services.

The drivers do not come on time, do not call, do note communicate properly, request information that has already been provided, sometimes, they will message you at 7 pm and come at 1 am! Meanwhile you are messaging and asking them for details, they will not respond in between then start calling at 1 am.

Worst Customer Service Experience

Worst Customer Service Experience – Completely Unreliable

My experience with Trendyol and Shipa Delivery has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I have ever had.

To begin with, I received a completely wrong item instead of what I actually ordered. I immediately requested a return, expecting a simple and smooth process. Instead, I was forced to wait six full days with no pickup and no proper update.

When I finally contacted Shipa Delivery myself, I was shocked to discover that there was no pickup request registered in their system at all. This clearly shows a serious failure in communication and responsibility between the companies.

After arranging the return pickup again by phone, I was promised that the item would be collected within two days. Once again, nothing happened.

When I contacted customer service again, I was told that the driver attempted to contact me and that I was unavailable, which is completely false. I did not receive any phone call, missed call, SMS, or WhatsApp message. This strongly suggests that the driver submitted a false update instead of doing the actual pickup.

This is not an isolated incident. I have previously been told the same excuse that I was “unavailable,” even though no one attempted to contact me. This pattern clearly shows poor service and lack of accountability.

I even requested permission to personally deliver the return item to the warehouse just to resolve the issue quickly, but I was told this option is not allowed. Because of mistakes made by your system and delivery team, the customer is the one being punished and inconvenienced.

This entire experience shows:

• Extremely poor coordination
• False delivery updates
• Lack of professionalism
• No respect for customers’ time
• Inefficient return process

Customers should not have to chase companies repeatedly just to correct a mistake that was not theirs.

This has been a completely unacceptable and stressful experience, and it has destroyed my trust in both companies.

I strongly warn other customers to be careful when ordering if the return depends on this delivery service.

Unless this issue is resolved immediately, I will escalate this complaint further through official consumer channels.

Very disappointed and highly dissatisfied.

Shipa is totally scammer

Shipa is totally scammer, they tricked companies like temu or trendoyel and then take their customers orders for themselves . They don't deliver anything instead they are asking you again and again about your address.

SHIPA very poor service

I have been closely monitoring this parcel because my puppy urgently needs diapers. For three consecutive days, I called customer service and also messaged Temu on the first day when the tracking status showed “customer can’t be reached,” even though no one attempted to contact me. Since then, I have been the one calling Shipa to follow up.

I am not concerned about the AED 20 compensation for late delivery — my real concern is that my dog needs the items. On February 15 at 00:58, I received a message asking for my location, but unfortunately, I still have not received the parcel. Temu even confirmed by email that it was dispatched for delivery on February 16.

What is the point of the post-call survey if the service provided by Shipa is this poor? Temu should seriously reconsider using this delivery service.

Worst worst worst and very very bad bad

Worst, Worst, Worst delivery experience I’ve had. Late delivery, no tracking updates, and customer service simply doesn’t care. My time was wasted and the issue was never properly resolved. Definitely not reliable—think twice before using this service.
I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. This lack of professionalism and poor communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this delivery company.

Absolutely terrible experience with shipa delivery

Absolutely terrible experience with Shipa Delivery. Their service is completely unreliable and extremely frustrating. The rider never called, never came to the location, and yet they keep marking the delivery as “attempted.” These are clearly fake delivery attempts with no real effort to contact the customer.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 30 January 2025, and today is 6 February, but I still have not received anything. No updates, no proper explanation, no communication — just repeated false status reports.

This level of negligence is unacceptable for a logistics company. Customers depend on timely and honest service, and Shipa has failed badly. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service until they fix their delivery process, rider accountability, and customer support. One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had.

I HAVE 100 PARCEL TO DELIVER PLS WAIT

Extremely Bad and disorganize courier
Last monday, I ordered 2 items from Trendyol and should be deliver last weds. My cousin will go back to my country together with this parcel on 21st Dec 1:pm but until now 21st of Dec 4:22pm No SHIPA came to deliver!

1st day / 1st driver contacted me in whatsapp
he said we will come that day, I said ok i will send the location and the address. I followed up and i said any update? "HE SAID I HAVE 100 PARCEL TO DELIVER PLS WAIT",
At the end of the day NO ONE COME TO DELIVER.
2nd day / 2nd driver contacted me in whatsapp, said can you give me your location? I sent immidiately, after 2 hours I asked updatefrom him
HE SAID " I HAVE 100 PARCEL TO DELIVER PLS WAIT..
STILL NO SHIPA SHOWN IN MY DOOR TO DELIVER MY ORDER.
3rd daty / 3rd driver,
Morning time: " I HAVE YOUR PARCEL PLEASE SEND ME YOUR LOCATION"
I sent immidiately, after 6-7 hours the driver said I DONT HAVE YOUR PARCEL, i said: why? You havemy parcel in the whole then you will now you will tell me that my parcel isnt with you?
Night time 8:50pm Sahib from Shipa call me said wait the parcel will be deliver to you tonight. So I wait again until 12am midnight,
Sahid said "DUTY OFF WE WILL DELIVER TO YOU TOMORROW.
4th day, NO ONE CONTACTED ME!
I raised a complaint in Trendyol and cancel my order.

SAHIB AND THEIR DRIVERS PLAYED WITH ME / LIED TO ME.

SHIPA THIS HOW YOU TREATED YOUR CLIENT? YOU TELL STORIES, LIES AND PLAYED YOUR CLIENT?
IM SO FED UP AND SO STRESS FOR THIS. ENOUGH.

Worst delivery company i‘ve ever see in…

Worst delivery company i‘ve ever see in my live.

Company is not able to deliver my parcel to a Hotel with 24/7 reception Team and also with 24/7 Concierge Service. How difficult could it be to deliver the parcel whith an 24 Hours Human availabilty.

Customer service is only sending Standard executions without finding solutions or answering questions.

This company earns a minus 10 Star Rating.

Whondering how companies could work with them together and Trust them.

@Adidas: this was my last online order and I stop buying your products on and offline. If a company works with such worst Partners you not even more my brand.

The worst delivery company I have ever…

The worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service team is extremely unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. My parcel was delayed without any proper update, and every time I contacted them, they only made excuses instead of solving the issue. Truly a terrible experience — I will never use their service again and do not recommend them to anyone.
