I used this service to ship my belongings back from Dubai to the UK. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. They were very efficient and spoke to me through WhatsApp. They came and picked up all my belongings and packed them all up very well and I received all my belongings safe and sound back in England. The team were very friendly and I would recommend this service to anyone.

I could not fault Shayan, excellent communication and very helpful throughout the delivery from Dubai to UK- always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Highly recommend this company and very reasonable priced.

Dubai to Monaco - around 226 kg charged. (Household items) I was a little hesitant at the beginning but this was unfounded. I had 5 large trolley bags. + 2 cardboard boxes that Shayan supplied to reduce the weight of each bag to 24.5kg (He comes to you house to collect with a scale to check the weights)

I organised an approximate price based on actual weight - and then agreed that they get the job...I had already shopped around and everything considered they were the most cost effective.

All customs clearance charges was included in the full price.

What had recently changed is that the maximum weight of 1 bag was limited to 24.5kg. I was under the impression that it was 30kg and sized the bags accordingly.
Doing it again I would purchase smaller bags or boxes to be filled to to the max weighing 24.5kg. This is the most efficient to do the job - I paid more because my bags were only ¾ full but paid the volumetic price. Nonetheless Shayan from ship now negociated the price down to somewhat offset this discrepancy.

The bags were picked up in Business Bay Dubai on the 17/05/24 with the wire transfer done immediately. I got updates every other day of the bags whereabouts via email. The bags were delivered in Monaco at my apartment on 01/06/24. This was in line with what was promised. The route was Dubai to Ireland (Cleared EU customs) and then onto Nice and then van to Monaco.

The most important thing is they packed the tolley bags in cardboard and had more than enough tape protecting them. They were received with no damage - normally you have a wheel bent or something but in this case all was perfect.

It was obvious that the customs had been inside our stuff - batteries from remote controls were missing and evidence of checking things was noticed - so far nothing seems to be missing.
All in all I'm very happy with Shayan and his team at Ship now. I absolutely recommend them for any further transport of goods.

I sent a suitcase from Dubai to France. First I checked all the offers and then decided on shipnow. The cheapest provider.
I was able to place my order via chat with Mr. Shayan. He is very friendly and helpful. The suitcase was picked up the other day at the specified time.
I got a tracking number so I could always find out where my suitcase was. In between I was able to ask questions in the chat, Mr. Shayan is always reachable.
I received the suitcase in perfect condition.
