They are a really bad company woth…

They are a really bad company woth horri le customer service. They never answer their phone and when you message them online they close a case before its even solved. I dont know how people or companies work with such bad delivery services, they shouldn't even be open and functioning

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My shipment was never delivered, yet the tracking system repeatedly showed “delivery attempt failed”, even though I was there entire time and received no call, no message, and no visit from any driver.

This is extremely unprofessional. The address was correct, my phone was available, and I made sure nothing blocked the delivery — but the courier still marked fake delivery attempts. Customer service was not helpful and provided no real explanation or proof (no call logs, no GPS record, no delivery photo).

Because of this negligence, my Trendyol order was never delivered and caused unnecessary delay, inconvenience, and frustration. I hope the company improves their reliability, transparency, and communication, because this level of service is unacceptable.

Horrible delivery service

Horrible delivery service. Ordered some items on Temu and ordered it well before my travel date since i need it for my travels, but they haven’t yet delivered it and are stating that delivery was failed since I wasn’t at the location. (But I was at home the whole day) I can’t seem to reach them via phone since they are always busy and it’s impossible to get hold of them. Really poor delivery service and it will literally ruin any company’s business if they are doing business with this courier service.

This has to be the worst delivery…

This has to be the worst delivery company. How can they hold my two different orders from two different manufacturer. I ordered something from Trendyol and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It showed attempted delivery. I rescheduled it for today, but I didn’t see them. I have another delivery from Temu. It shows on my app that it had entered the country some days ago and I’m yet to receive it. Why are they holding my orders? Why does it keep showing attempted delivery? I’ve already paid for those items. Your job is to come for delivery and leave them at my door….. It’s horrible.
This is very very bad for a company, and the worst is; you call the customer service, they will tell you to wait for the call to be transferred to a representative and you’ll be on call for more than 10 minutes without getting connected. They don’t take the calls.
Shipa, please give me my orders!

They steal the packages and don't…

They steal the packages and don't deliver to customers. Like everyone else, i did not receive my package from Temu. Status says Failed delivery attempt, customer cannot be reached. How? Did my home address move? Customer service is another lazy team blaming me for not picking up the call. There was no call. I read some reviews saying they are using unknown international number to call. Why? You have no budget for a local number like other shipping services? With all the scams right now, we don't pick up unknown international numbers! Stupid company with thieves and lazy employees. Please close down for the sake of humanity.

Unfortunately

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this delivery company. There was an unannounced delay, no communication, and no updates on the order status. The service was unprofessional, but I wouldn't use them again. It was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. The order was delayed for hours, support didn't respond, and the driver was completely uncooperative. The service level is very poor compared to other companies. I do not recommend using them or their services. A completely unsatisfactory experience.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. The goods arrived to Dubai on 24th of October and it is 31st of October now. But still the shipment is in their warehouse. I asked them if their delivery is walking or they are using turtles to deliver. Rude customer service as well.

I recently experienced a delayed delivery with Shipa, and I decided to bring it to their attention. What really impressed me was how quickly and professionally they responded. The moment I reached out, their team moved with absolute urgency—they located the package immediately, expedited the delivery, and made sure it reached me without any further delay.

Not only did they fix the issue, they also offered a genuine apology and took full responsibility. That level of accountability is rare.

Every delivery since then has been quick and professional.

Every business will face problems from time to time—that’s normal.

What separates great companies from the rest is how they handle those problems.
