worst service

worst service, worst agents behavior and worst customer service response. I don't know why retailers using this shipping company to deliver online orders. my order from ajmal is on the way since 5 days. when I asked agent he was miss behaving "do whatever you want to do I will not deliver" pathetic. I think we should boycott the retailers who using shipa for delivery.

They are disaster of company

If i can i will not give them even 1 star..My shipment was with them for 3 weeks every day i was calling them and asking when i will get my delivery they used to give me same answer it will be delivered to you in 24hr or it will be delivered to you in 72hrs. Disaster of a company

No proper response

If there is a option not giving a star I would have gone for that.
I’m very disappointed with Shipa Delivery.
My Trendyol order has been delayed without any updates.
The delivery person hasn’t answered my calls or replied to messages for 2 days.
This isn’t my first bad experience with them.
Many others have also shared similar complaints.
Please improve your service and communication

SD020471534 track order not delivered

I have tracked my order so many times and call your helpline so many times chat message are replied I n hour and call center doe not pick phone and if they pick thier reply is delivered today but today never comes go and track the order yourself shipa owner and satisfy your self of been the worst delivery company SD020471534 today I was told it will deliver after eid Trendyol should also cancel contract with useless company like shipa

STAY AWAY

I wish I can give them less than 1 star, one of the worst shipping companies, stay away from them, I have no idea how did they open from the first place.

worst delivery ever

worst delivery ever. first time faced such issue.

after 12 days and 3 calls to customer service still no package delivered. while tracker showing every day "delivery failed", driver called only once to give me an order "you must come down" and never appeared again.

My order is late

My order is late, this company is disgusting. How hard is it do deliver and fix orders? Easy job. I don't get why this company is having a hard time doing it. I prefer not to have this as my courier service. Very disappointing.

They don’t even deserve a STAR. Worst ever. They do this reply, waiting is for 30 min to reply on chat. And if they do reply they don’t have the information. Worst ever. DON NOT USE!!

My tracking is showing rescheduled since 3 days now today it’s showing delivery failed,customer didn’t answered a call. I hadn’t received any call from their rider or anything. It’s a simple local delivery from adidas within Dubai. Pathetic service ever

Lost my shipment with them from riyadh…

Lost my shipment with them from riyadh to jizan. They actually lost my shipment. When they received they put a value of 50 riyals themselves when actual value was 5000.
Now they have no say. Worst service ever. They should really shut down. Better to pay little more with other trusted courier companies. Zajil is so much better atleast they don't misplace anything. Highly unprofessional company.

3 entire weeks I’m waiting for delivery…

3 entire weeks I’m waiting for delivery from shipa, called them many times , each time they assured me my order will be delivered by tomorrow, which is not happening when I continue to call them they answer even it’s back to return, in 3 weeks they haven’t called me any single time , I checked with them again by calling , my number and all addresses was correct , all details, even that not helped ,they said they can’t do anything, so a question, does they do really work or they scam people? Taking energy and never doing anything on time ?
please avoid it , badly disappointed of delivery service , hardly naming it as this , not good reputation , avoid SHIPA delivery .

Avoid using them!

The customer placed an order, and we arranged delivery through Shipa. The delivery was supposed to be on time, and we even informed their management about the importance of timely delivery. However, they delayed the order by two days. This wasn’t even an international delivery — it was just from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Despite the delay, there was no support from their management. They didn’t respond to calls or messages. Such poor and unprofessional service. Avoid using them!

A customer ordered a perfume for his…

A customer ordered a perfume for his friend’s birthday, and we booked Shipa for delivery. We made it clear to their management that this was an important parcel and had to be delivered on time. But despite this, they delayed the delivery by two whole days!

This wasn’t even an international delivery—it was a simple trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Yet, they couldn’t manage it. To make matters worse, their management completely ignored our calls and messages. Zero accountability, zero professionalism.

If you value your time and reputation, avoid Shipa at all costs! Their service is absolutely unacceptable.
