They are updating the delivery status that they go in my place but i never recieved even one call or any notification to them. I even took my off to receive my parcel but i waste my all effort and time. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Terrible service
Terrible service. Du uses them to deliver their sims but the delivery agents amuse themselves by marking they are in the location and being unable to deliver the sim and rescheduling. Initial schedule was during the weekend and now they expect me to stay at home and they do not provide any schedule of delivery because maybe my life revolves around receiving a SIM card and I don’t need to work.

I recently used Shipa Delivery for a package delivery and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and hassle-free. Worst delivery service ever. I don't know why DU uses shipa for their delivery. I was informed delivery is within 24hours but it's been 2 days already and still have not received my order and I have been calling customer service several times already but all they will tell is we will try. I requested to have it delivered between 9am - 4pm because of our office hours during ramadan and they told they will instruct the drivers. But for 2 nights already driver has been calling me at 11:00pm asking if I am at the office for the delivery. Absolutely terrible company would not even inform if they have a driver available in that area for your specific time of delivery, so you are left with nothing but wait on when they would finally do something and deliver your package as per your instructions. And they would just inform you they would do their best. I would rather pay extra now for the delivery with any other courier so I can have my order on time. Now I don't even know when I'm going to get my delivery
