Worse shipping company I have ever…

Worse shipping company I have ever encountered
Not only they are late in delivering ,they post the wrong information on my delivery tracking and their updated info is wrong plus if you try to get in touch with them they are unreachable as the number rings busy 🤯if you go for their call center dial your tracking that also is a faulty system where it doesn’t follow its own guide 😤

This has been the WORST shopping and delivery experience I have ever had in Dubai.
I placed my Trendyol order on 4 November, and after endless delays, excuses, and zero proper updates, it was finally delivered on *17 November—and even that turned into a nightmare.

Shipa’s delivery African guy was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
He called me and arrogantly told me to come down and pick up my own order because it’s “too heavy” for him. Excuse me? Delivery is HIS job. Customers should not be harassed or forced to carry their own packages.

To make it worse, he delivered the parcel (Adidas, which I didn’t order my package was a cookware) to the WRONG address first (room 1402 instead of 1002). He even sent me a WhatsApp image as “proof,” but when I told him it was the wrong address, he deleted the photo! Who does that?

When I tried calling him, he kept ignoring my calls and speaking rudely. No respect, no professionalism, no responsibility. In Dubai, where customer service is usually excellent, this kind of behavior is shocking.

Shipa needs serious training for their staff, and Trendyol needs to fix their delivery partners.
This whole ordeal felt like harassment for a simple delivery that should have been brought to my door.

Absolutely unacceptable. BAN SHIPA

❌❌Never ordering from Trendyol again if they continue using Shipa.

Avoid, avoid, avoid

Absolutely the worst delivery service in Dubai. Fake delivery attempts, no customer service. Still haven’t received my order, which should be delivered five days ago. Last time I had experience with this company, around a year ago, I had the same experience. A total disaster!!!

Very unprofessional driver and service he doesn't…

Very unprofessional driver he doesn't know how to take with customer please give your delivery team training about customer service the way they talk with customer very rude .they should inform the customer the time and the date so we will be ready and manage the time they are asking location 2 days ago and coming to the location by surprise no one will be waiting their call we have other work as well . Worst courier @ uae shipa

I informed that I have flight on next day kindly deliver this order by Friday they said ok will take care but they failed to deliver today is Saturday from morning I am doing follow up still now didn't receive and not moved out from shipment and they dont care about priority, one word they are saying very busy so we dont attend any calls , if you guys are too busy dont take any orders atleast other courier company will get a opportunity to grow , temu please dont send courier to those irresponsible company

Worst Delivery company ever

Worst Delivery company ever . They received my parcel 4 days ago from U.S . And never contacted me and I have called them and gave them the exact address even though my address is already right they told me it will be delivered in 24 hours that is 3 days ago . This is the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with.

I ordered from TEMU and the package was marked as “out for delivery” on November 11. Later the same day, the status changed to “delivery attempt failed.”

I called customer support and was told the delivery was cancelled due to overload and my items were sent back to the warehouse. Over the next few days, I spoke to multiple agents — Yezid, then Fatima, then Abdallah — each one promising a new delivery time “today,” “tomorrow,” or “within 24 hours.”

Today is November 15, and I still have no idea when my order will arrive. The company keeps giving false promises and misleading information. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

My order was scheduled to be delivered…

My order was scheduled to be delivered November 12. It's already November 14 and I contacted customer service to ask where my package is at, and they said it's still at the warehouse! C'mon man! The scheduled delivery date has already passed 2 days and you still have my stuff at the warehouse? Not even handed to a driver yet?

Also, I was in touch with a Khaled from chat support, before I can even type a response, he ended the chat. Is this the level of customer service you provide?

There wasn't even an offer to contact the warehouse or even submit a request to expedite since the delivery date is already 2 days late. Then you end a chat without even finishing the conversation properly?

Worst delivery staff ever!!

Worst delivery staff ever!!! He did not deliver my medicines at my doorstep. He just waited besides his motorcycle. As a patient and needed the medicine badly, I went out and get it from him outside our open gate. Took a picture of my ID, handed my meds, and just took off without saying anything....Very very bad service. I wish Dawak choose a better and more mannered delivery staffs. I am very disappointed!!!

Avoid them if you can

I'd give them 0 stars if i could. Customer service uncontactable. No replies to call back requests. Fake delivery attempts in the middle of the night.
The bar is not too high with the courier companies in the UAE, but Shipa just managed to reach a new low...

Edit: I did try to reach out, but without success.

I ordered from temu and they use J&T, this shipa delivery dont give thr real update, they said delivery failed attempt: Can’t reach customer but they did not call or message me that day. Very unprofesional delivery man.

Absolutely terrible service!
Shipa Delivery is by far one of the most dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable courier companies I’ve encountered. They falsely marked my parcel as “Delivery Attempt Failed – Unable to Reach Customer,” which is a COMPLETE LIE. Not a single call, message, or email was made. Their customer service show zero accountability, no sense of responsibility, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. Support is practically nonexistent — calls go unanswered, and after several attempts, they even blocked my numbers, making it impossible to follow up.

I strongly recommend that e-commerce platforms stop using Shipa Delivery if they value their reputation and customer satisfaction, because partnering with such a careless and untrustworthy service provider only damages customer trust and brand credibility.

Extremely unprofessional company

Extremely unprofessional company, my biggest mistake ever using them.
Their staff are rude, unhelpful, and dishonest. Even if they offered their services for free, I would never use them again. One of their customer agents, named Ali, even refused to deliver my order and told me to go to the police to complain, shocking behavior. I’m certain their calls aren’t recorded, which explains why their staff act without accountability. Absolutely terrible experience with a completely unprofessional company.

First of all


First of all, they post incorrect updates on the tracking page — claiming that the driver tried to call or that the parcel is out for delivery, yet it’s been over 10 days and I still haven’t received my order.

The customer service agents are completely unhelpful. They simply read out the same information that’s already available online and have no real insight into the parcel’s actual status — whether it’s with the driver or sitting in a warehouse. It feels like all the agents are given a standard script to mislead customers rather than resolve issues.

It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their delivery services.

Shipa Delivery is honestly one of the worst delivery

Shipa Delivery is honestly one of the worst delivery companies I have ever experienced. It has been 5 days and every morning I am told my parcel is “on the way,” but in the evening the tracking shows “delivery failed – customer not answering.” I never received a single call from the delivery driver. I ordered 6 items from Trendyol — Aramex delivered all 4 of their parcels on time without any issue, but Shipa didn’t even call me once. At the end they excuse it by saying the customer didn’t respond. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.
