Very poor quality roller door.
Motor packed in just under 2 years, replaced under warranty.
Roller box warped after 18 months and I now have 3 scrapes on the shutter. 4 roller straps have all now snapped and caused unsightly damage to the door.
The shutter itself is very flimsy.
It’s nothing to do with installation, the thing is slowly falling apart. 3 and a half years and it looks a mess.
It’s going in the recycling very soon.
Would not purchase from Rollerdoor uk again.
As for Rollerdoor saying the the box is pinned back, the box hasn’t been pinned back at all. It’s warped because it’s flimsy.

The engineer was very professional and polite and explained everything to me. He pointed out the issues that he had installing due to the walls not being straight and he went out of his way to make sure that the doors were lined up and level. He cleaned up after and left it looking tidy. Very pleased with the new doors

From calling the young lady was very polite and very helpful making the overall call very easy from taking the details to sending emails promptly , the delivery was very good arriving the morning as promised and driver calling when he was 30 minutes away and when he arrived carried the door and placed in my garage for me , i would recommend this company for there excellent service from start to finish , well done guys keep up the good work and thanks again , steve

The reason I ordered with rollerdooruk was the the staff are so helpful, from the day I ordered the doors to when I fitted it, their instructions are easy to follow and the tech staff are fantastic they can talk you through any of the procedures, brilliant company to deal with highly recommend them.

Good quality product with excellent installation video/instructions. We had a problem with delivery but the company sorted it out very quickly. Problems happen but it's how the company addresses them that matter, and RollerdoorUK were very professional.

The whole process from seeing the ad in the paper to getting the garage door fitted was seamless. The office team were helpful and friendly. The fitter (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was professional, friendly and efficient. I had a basic electric roll up door fitted. It’s beautiful 🤩 and glides up and down. I’m really pleased with it. From ordering to fitting was only over a couple of weeks. The old garage door was taken away and the area was left completely tidy. I was left with an instruction manual. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The roller door and controls fitted very neatly into the door opening, installation was quick but not hurried, all areas left clean and tidy.
It is good to have a local company who make their own products to a high standard.

When placing my order. The sales team couldn’t be more helpful.

But when the order was delayed instead of giving a possible idea of delivery I was fobbed off with rude responses. And quotes from their terms and conditions. All I wanted was an idea when I would receive my goods as promised within 10-12 days not 21 days and without an apology. When I suggested to speak to md for help. He kindly replied that he backed his salespersons reply. Nice
