Great company can't praise them enough,After a short conversation with Helen had the guys come and do a site survey.Got a quote and a few days later had it installed.Professional fitters friendly and did a fantastic job.Unfortunately I can't seem to attach a photograph of before and after.Went for anthracite door with the same coloured outer frame.

Recently bought my door from roller…
Recently bought my door from roller door uk and from buying door to receiving it was all pretty straightforward. Roller door were true to the word and the door was delivered within said time by a friendly delivery driver. Overall the door and all round service was perfect. The cost of the door is very competitive for it being made to fit and delivered to your door . I have no problem recommending roller door uk . 👍🏼

RollerdoorUK are OK, and good price.
RollerdoorUK are OK. They have a showroom, manufacture the doors themselves, and use quality Somfy motor and controls.
I contacted a few door suppliers.
My choice was either RollerdoorUK or Garolladoor.
RollerdoorUK were 20% cheaper in a like for like quote, and I don't think they are a franchise where any grievance would need to be taken up with the installer.
BTW Crocodile doors were double RollerdoorUK's price, like for like.
Would use again

Very poor quality roller door
Very poor quality roller door. The staff was rude on delivery and rude and unhelpful when the door straps broke after 6 weeks and 15 cycles times.
I was told the door straps are not covered by warranty on the phone and to write an email to her manager.
She couldn’t get off the phone fast enough.

Thank you for your review, at Roller Door UK, we do take all reviews as a positive approach to how we can improve our service.
Unfortunately on this occasion, the feedback given is not correct. The customer was rude & aggressive towards the member of staff & this is not the first time that staff have been spoken to in this manner. As instructed by the manager, we advised the customer to email to prevent being subjected to this aggression. As for the driver being rude about the delivery, the delivery was a 2 man drop due to its size, but when we attempted to deliver the customer had left site, knowing his door was arriving but he was not waiting on site as it was raining. Unfortunately we still have to deliver the door & due to H&S the driver needed assistance & the door could not be left. I am sorry that you felt the driver was rude, by asking for assistance as previously advised. Due to you not returning to site, we redelivered your door at no extra cost & within an acceptable time frame to prevent your job not being held up.
With regards to poor quality, the door has been fitted for some time & Roller Door UK have never been advised that the customer was not happy with the quality or standard of the door provided.

Have every trust in this company, been a builder I have used them many times in the past, from supply only and measure and fit by them selfs,
Highly recommend brilliant product 👌

Well after several phone calls of asking a series of questions to which the ladies in the office were patiently answering.
I got my door delivered by Kevin who is a really nice guy a credit to the company
It went in with ease setting up the max height and full closure was simple but what the manual doesn’t tell you is how to switch it off limit mode in order to sync the key fobs
Once we figured it out fobs synced and everything works great

Excellent service from inception to completion from Debbie who was extremely diligent and supportive to ensure the products were ordered correctly.
The delivery process was efficient and ion time with world class service from Kevin (Driver) who communicated professionally to deliver the goods.
Certainly recommend to colleagues, very competitive pricing, excellent service and quality.
