Avoid this company! Ordered a roller door on the 11th Feb and almost 3 months later I have just managed to get my money back (through the bank) as Roller Door UK have stopped communicating with me. They are still trading on Ebay but dont answer the phones or emails.
Poor customer service
Ordered a door back in October with a 4-6 week delivery, that came and went. Contacted them and had no reply, a month later emailed again and rang up. Was told over the phone that there had been delays with manufacturing, but that my garage door was with them and ready to be shipped out the following week. Never happened. Emailed again and was offered some money back on delivery so waited another month with no contact. Emailed again with no response, so opened a case with PayPal and they sided with me and refund issued. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Im sure the product is good but I would advise against ordering from them until they get there logistics sorted.
I think they've gone bust
I think they've gone bust. I was conned into making a direct payment into their Nat West bank account for some spare parts that I ordered but which have never been delivered. They don't answer phone or reply to emails. Occasionally somebody who is called "Debbie" drops an email trying to string me along a bit more. I see their accounts with HMRC are overdue so I'd say that explains it. I reported the fraud to my bank. Avoid these crooks like the plague.
Impossible to contact . No customer service.
Bought two doors last year and now one of control panels has developed a fault. Supposedly 2 years warranty. Phone permanently engaged. No reply to emails. No reply to we chat on their site. No response to it 😭 instagram comment. Impossible to come back so resorted to this review to see if any response. Doors are actually not bad, but have had problems with both controllers on and off since day one.
Ordered a garage door
Ordered a garage door, its now been over 4 months since any contact after paying this company the money. I have emailed multiple times and phoned well over 100 times to speak to someone regarding my order, had no contact back what so ever. Now stuck with what to do as no one is getting back to me!

I ordered the roller door in late Nov / early December. I then received no contact in January as the door had not arrived. I called the company for an update as none was given. Still nothing until it finally arrived at the end of February / early march. I fitted the door and the hardware was forgotten. I then had to wait another 4 weeks for this and I finally have my door working yesterday 29th March. The door is good, but the company doesn't seem to be run properly, poor service and issues with their suppliers. A massive case of over promising and under delivering, why not say an 8 week delivery and keep peoples expectations high. The price is great for the door and the quality is good. So all they are failing on is service and delivery. They do need to up the standards on DIY fitting instructions as there is nothing helpful from Roller Door, I figured it out by watching other companies videos on you tube. Its taken a while, and I was told to be more polite from Helen but I'm happy with what I have ended up with although it's taken nearly 4 months.

Paid in December 3 months later still no door. Phones do not get picked up. Emails mostley ignored then some BS about just seen your order will be with you soon. Filed claim with Bank and PayPal for a refund which ruled in my favor.
No door No refund
Ordered a door on 11/11/2025 with a delivery time of 5-6 weeks.
Despite numerous phone calls and emails, many unanswered, promised delivery dates have come and gone and over 20 weeks later still no door or refund.
I have applied for a section 75 refund from my credit card company.
The Companies House website is showing their accounts are over 4 months overdue.
Would the directors of a well run company allow this to happen?

I have had the same issue as another reviewer. I paid for a diy door on the 29/11/25 with a advised delivery date in January 2026. It is now 06/03/26 and still no door.
I have contacted them many times by email regarding this and just get fobbed off with material delays are causing issues. on the 05/02/25 i stated that I would start the process of recovering my money. 06/02/26 i received a nice email from Helen the Director who could not even get my name right even though it was attached to the email, she is personally going to oversee my order and assures me that the remainder of Decembers deliveries will be scheduled for the next two weeks.
WELL THAT HAS NOT HAPPENED!!
The 3rd party i used to purchase this have now contacted them to try and resolve, the have responded on the last possible day with a tracking number. This tracking number looks like no other I have seen before and when i searched the web the top hit was eBay-roller door UK spare parts listing. I believe they are now proper taking the pi$$. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
After almost 4 months Paypal are refunding.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company, my wife and went to the factory, the service we received was excellent running through all our options, later we had a site visit and were advised which door would be best for us (not the most expensive one). on the day of fitting arrived on time door fitted and area left very tidy. would 100% use this company again.

Order a Door in November. Still had not arrived by Christmas so I cancelled the order. Now I cannot get my money back from them. As per others experience no answer on the phone or to email.
Their accounts are late on Companies House too AVOID

They give delivery when ordering saying…
They give delivery when ordering saying 4 weeks and delivery on following week chased and wouldn’t give date eventually threatened to cancel if didn’t deliver by certain date
They need to give head a wobble and sort manufacturing and delivery schedule

Brilliant service and product.
Had visit from fitters to get price, they were very accommodating around my work commitments. They arrived on time, gave very competitive quote and fitted the door few days later. I'm very impressed with quality, price and overall experience from this company. I would definitely recommend them.
Delayed and no ETA given
ETA was 3-4 weeks when I ordered, that became 4-5 weeks after ordering. I'm now currently at 7 weeks and been told its 'delayed'. I had to chase multiple times to hear even that by email, they've stopped answering their phones (I've rung 6 times over multiple days and never gotten through). They have not given any indication as to whether they have even started manufacturing my garage door yet, let alone when it will actually arrive. Given its currently 16th December we're most likely looking at next year at this rate which will be 10 weeks!

Easy ordering process and earlier than expected delivery. Ordered 2 x garage doors. Easy to fit and happy with the product. Staff knowledgeable about the product prior to purchasing. Highly recommend.

Excellent service easy to order , people are super knowledgeable and helpful , my only problem was the website is so busy , so much information that I couldn’t refind the correct page , and also so many competing websites redirecting you off their page , ended up so confused what site I was on … also need better instructions , the girl on the phone talked me through the set up and sent me links to YouTube instructions and it worked straight away , just needed a small set of instructions to send me to the correct links , but in the end it is an excellent door
