Still waiting for a package and it was shipped almost 4 weeks and keep telling me it’s slow shipping times while I watch the package go to every state but mine!! Won’t order here again I’m never gonna get the package and they won’t replace. Lost my business.

They were very responsive when items ordered were out of stock with options for my order. My order came quickly to the USA.
Note: they do have a weight shipping limit so I couldn’t get my full order delivered, I had to edit my order to meet their limit, I have never had to do this, even with other yarn co. in this country.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Shipping is slow because it's overseas and the tariffs and whatnot, but they are very clear and upfront about that so everything arrived as expected.

There was an offer for free knitting…
There was an offer for free knitting needles, but I did not receive them.
I wanted to order more yarn. The weight limit per order dissuaded me.
I will not use rito.com again.

The yarn is soft
The yarn is soft. Looks great. I am creating a nice sweater with it. The price was good. I wish shipping was faster but I'm American and that has to be my moron president's fault somehow.

Really reasonable prices at Rito for Drops yarn and the shipping came more quickly than my experiences with LindeHobby. I’ll be sticking with Rito for the foreseeable future
